16th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.

5th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
