I used these for both selling and buying. Selling: Initially, there were some issues getting the house onto the market because they were a bit lax with the floor plan, which contained numerous errors. This caused some inconvenience and lost an offer of a house. Buying: In contrast, their help through the process of buying a house was excellent. There were numerous issues that *should* have been dealt with by the solicitor, but they just pushed it on to the Estate agent (what do we pay the solicitors for?), who went above and beyond to help resolve things and make sure the sale completed. Even after the sale, they helped negotiate for the previous owners to pay for clearance of rubbish left in the garden (again, should have been the solicitor's job).... Read more
