We highly recommend Stride And Son, who have just achieved the successful sale of our family home in Bosham, taking just over 6 weeks to exchange (despite a difficult market)! Tom, Sam and Nigel are highly professional, and an absolute dream team to work with! All three were genuinely positive, polite, easy to get hold of and discuss things with, and always went above and beyond to support us to achieve the smooth sale. Sam was incredibly helpful, patient, skilled and efficient at getting our house details quickly onto Rightmove etc. That speed generated a number of enquiries the next morning, with Nigel carrying out the viewings the same day, leading to multiple offers. We really appreciated Toms knowledge and guidance throughout the sale process, keeping everything on track between the buyers, solicitors and ourselves. We have had an equally positive experience with Sam on the letting side as well.
