27th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)A few years previous to our sale with Hearns we considered and used several other estate agents to market our property who shall remain nameless, they failed to sell our lovely house, but when we decided to put it on the market again recently we decided to chose Wimborne Hearns, everything seemed so much better, from the initial communications with the polite Courtney, the classy Clive who valued and photographed ir to the hard working and understanding Jeremy we were in good hands. Whenever we had any concerns Jeremy was on to it straight away. We can’t fault them at all and would like to recommend them highly to eleviate any stress. Thank you Hearns for such a wonderful experience.

31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Pippa was creative in facilitating our sale and purchase finding us the most wonderful buyers and helping them to stick with us through a protracted process, even finding them short term accommodation whilst they waited for the sales process to conclude. Jacqui went above and beyond in terms or working with all parties to ensure a successful conclusion an nothing was too much trouble. 14th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
