I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and misleading experience I had with Dorset Property in Wimborne. When I contacted you regarding the advertised flat, I was informed that an immediate viewing couldn't be arranged due to the current occupancy. Despite my strong interest and willingness to offer a higher monthly price than advertised, I was unfairly denied the opportunity to do so. It is particularly upsetting to learn that the property was taken by someone who had already viewed it before the viewing day we would have. Their handling of the situation reflects a lack of transparency and disregard for potential tenants. I must also mention that the behaviour of their staff was exceptionally rude throughout my interactions with them.... Read more
