24th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)I've been very pleased with the service from Harvey at Maggs and Allen. On the initial valuation he felt genuine and not pushy, the photos he took were very good and showed my flat very well, he raised lots of interest by contacting buyers already in their books, all the viewings were organised back to back for one day. The only small downside was that I expected to get feedback from the viewings immediately (this was my own expectation not one that was set by Harvey), I didn't get feedback till the evening when the viewings finished at lunchtime but he had only just got back to the office when I called at 5pm. But I had multiple offers on the flat matching or exceeding the valuation so the outcome was positive.

6th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Have recently let my rental with hunters and they’ve been amazing! Especially Sophie, who has made the whole thing so easy and stress free. From supplying trades men, who came and did the jobs almost instantly, to always being contactable. I would definitely recommend.

2nd Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.
29th Apr 2025 (24 days ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
19th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)A ray of sunshine as the estate agent has finally evolved! Awesome friendly and very knowledgeable service. We were guided through the entire process, including last minute challenges, with professionalism and with a smile. Great company to deal with, nothing too much trouble. Cost very competitive. Plan to use Nexa for all our requirements in the future.
