I've been very pleased with the service from Harvey at Maggs and Allen. On the initial valuation he felt genuine and not pushy, the photos he took were very good and showed my flat very well, he raised lots of interest by contacting buyers already in their books, all the viewings were organised back to back for one day. The only small downside was that I expected to get feedback from the viewings immediately (this was my own expectation not one that was set by Harvey), I didn't get feedback till the evening when the viewings finished at lunchtime but he had only just got back to the office when I called at 5pm. But I had multiple offers on the flat matching or exceeding the valuation so the outcome was positive.... Read more

At my valuation visit everything was explained and throughout the process I was kept informed. Brad my agent was great, there was no pressure, everything was done at my pace.
