   I rang to enquire about letting properties and was spoken too like a bit of pavement sludge. The woman who took the call was abrupt, sarcastic, and seemed to have ranked herself as queen of the estate agents this particular morning. Showed zero interest or willing to support and help in locating a rental….literally her job right? I will not be using this company. 0 stars for customer services. I raised interest in a new property whilst on the phone to and I actually heard the woman snort down the phone at the idea of having a ‘pet’….my cat, at the address like I’d told a really good joke…..do people not have animals these days?...
