17th Dec 2018 (5 years ago)From Stephen valuing our property & working on the sale brochure i.e. Photographs to Michelle & Julie & Amanda arranging the viewings & keeping us up to date with the offers & their support was really appreciated to make selling our property stressfree! We would highly recommend using Whitegates Cleckheaton & their fab team!
11th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Stephensons hosted all the viewings for our house sale which was very helpful as we could not be there to host any potential buyers. I'd say that Stephensons did work hard to sell the house.
14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I was a long term tenant, which the property management was taken over by Property Box and a new landlord. No due process. On leaving the property I found the agent fabricated unsubstantiated claims against my bond. Very poor... would recommend you stay away. Luckily the bond retention scheme awarded the return of my bond back to the tenant. From a landlord perspective, they failed to advise due process and stay ethical. Not recommended.
