She always kept me informed, took time to explain things and just been so lovely, approachable and supportive. 11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

As soon as we decided to with the Flat we looked at, the process of referencing was sent off as soon as we filled in the paperwork.<br><br>If your renting I would recommend this agency as they always seem to have well presented flats and house inside and out on their website for an affordable price.

I've been dealing with two other estate agents recently and Michael Poole Billingham were by 'far and away' the best. Debbie was very friendly and gave us all good support and advice. She communicated with us throughout the process of the sale. I can honestly this has been the best experience I have ever had in selling a house. Michael Poole Billingham and Debbie in particular were exceptional.- 9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

In that time, I have not had a single viewing, but more importantly, there has been zero proactive communication or updates from their team.<br><br>The pattern seems to be: sign the agreement, upload the photos, and then completely forget the client exists. The only time I hear anything is when I make the effort to reach out to them first.<br><br>Selling a home requires active management, continuous feedback on market positioning, and clear updates—none of which I have experienced here. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service.
