21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)What can I say about Your move Darlington, from booking a viewing at a property 3 weeks ago, to making an offer, then having Hannah come and valuate and take my property to market and selling just 1 day after going live, to Sharon and Allyson who has helped every step of the way too, it is all with the solicitors to be finalised but i know if i need them they are only a call away.

They went above and beyond to get the viewers in to look at the property and tried their best to advertise the house in the best way possible. Finally we have a buyer and its thanks to David and Freddie. Trust, honesty and straight talking is what you want and its what we got with them so thank you both again.

One phone call to Northgate made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands, Jess was our 'on the ground' contact, Gary sorted the IT nuts and bolts and the whole thing has been painless and a delight. Our previous experiences had not been good so I couldn't be happier to have found Northgate and the Billingham team.

Tony and his team are professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They are excellent negotiators who look after the experience of both the seller and the buyer in order to achieve a secure sale as quickly as possible. Buying or selling property can be a pretty stressful experience, but Anthony Jones Properties understands this and does absolutely everything to make it a positive experience and ensure things go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)The selling process was protracted due to issues with Land Registry. Ingelbys were helpful and patient giving us lots of reassurance during those stressful times. They found us the right buyers quickly and were pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend this office with particular thanks to Bev for sticking with us.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.
