We needed a Home buyers Survey for our property. George managed to fit us in within a week of our first correspondence and was very professional and thorough, happy to give advice outside of the report on various parts of the property. The report was comprehensive and pointed out many potential issues with the property that would have been missed otherwise. Overall we managed to save £5000 on our property, using George's extensive report to negotiate a better purchase price. Would highly recommend.

12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

28th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)The reviews for MHL are all good which is why we chose them but our experience wasn’t great. The communication wasn’t the best, we had an offer withdrawn because the buyers weren’t made aware the property was leasehold. The buyers were due to come to see us again on a Sunday, we waited in only to find out that they had withdrawn the offer and told MHL on Saturday but mhl didn’t let us know. Then we had another offer but the buyer wasn’t actually in a position to buy as he didn’t have the funds available straight away for the deposit, but they still tried to push us to accept. In a time when houses in our area are selling very quickly, we didn’t sell ours to a suitable buyer with a couple of months of it being up for sale. Our neighbours put theirs up for sale with another agent and it sold straight away for a similar price.
