We sold and purchased with Arnold & Philips and it was the least stressed I’ve ever been moving house. They really look after you, and take away the stress and pressure. I also thought it was a really nice touch the way they present your new home keys, really made a difference. They’re always checking in, not only to see how things are progressing but how you are doing too. Charlie had his Angels and we had Janet, Francine & Katherine! Best estate agent I’ve ever used!

Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.

Mia is also fab, she’s always happy to help, willing to take details even though she wasn’t the assigned person to deal with my purchase. You can’t beat them, would recommend them ????, Thanks girls, you really are an amazing team!!!

12th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Always available to speak to with a lovely manner. Janet was amazing and helped me on many an occasion with her advice and knowledge. It was so comforting to have someone to navigate such a complex process.

5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Samantha has been my main point of contact during the start my tenancy journey, and she's been so accommodating and a great communicator. Can't fault their service :)
