Would give them a zero if I could. We recently made the mistake of renting a house from them and I have attached the house they promised us vs what we got. I would laugh if I wasn't so disgusted. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Just to let everyone know, we were assured this would be compeleted prior to our move in, also that agencies position is this has had little to no impact in us living here.... Read more

Baffled that there are positive reviews for this agency when all I've seen since my friends have moved in using their services is a lack of professionalism bordering on vindictive incompetence. Not only did they lie about the condition of a property up for rental (honestly would have a hard time recognising the two as the same building). After complaints about black mold, radiators leaking into carpets, damp damage to the ceiling, and the fact the landlord ripped out all the skirting board and made half the house entirely unsafe to live in - their response has been to say the complaints are an overreaction! They even sent a maintenance person to see the extent of the problem and are apparently ignoring the fact that they agreed it is in serious disrepair. Genuinely never seen such disgusting behaviour by a letting agency or landlord. Edit: emphatically not a fake review. Maybe don't be terrible and you won't get terrible reviews... Read more

Worst renting experience I've had in my life. We have an issue with Mould, damp, carpet trip hazard and the landlord has ripped the walls downstairs apart for renovation and when we complained their reaction was just basically suck it up and pay your rent. Mind you we moved in three days ago!!!... Read more
