From the beginning of our sale Vince made everything feel personal. There was never any no pressure and went above and beyond for us several times during the sale of our home and the subsequent chain. He was always available and worked tirelessly in some stressful situations, including getting new buyers within a few days when ours fell away. He always had our back and seemed to really care about everything. He took everything very personally and was there physically or on Whatsapp whenever needed. A huge thank you Vince, I would use eEleven again without question.

Vince was extremely helpful and responsive. As he knows the area and the process of buying and selling properties very well, he took a lot of the stress out of buying our home and probably saved us a lot of bother as he was able to resolve multiple queries for us that our lawyers had.

In over a year of searching for a house we've dealt with a great many estate agents. Vince immediately stood out as being honest, trustworthy, passionate about his work and knowledgeable about the local area - there is no-one better. I wouldn't normally review an estate agent but Vince's personal approach and genuine care for us as buyers was such a welcome change from what we're used to, I can't recommend him highly enough. We used Vince @ EEleven for the second time for both our purchase and sale in 2020. As is the norm for Vince, he went above and beyond, taking calls evenings and weekends, liaising with solicitors, agents, even construction contractors to alleviate our concerns from our surveys. By the end of the transaction, he had almost become a therapist, constantly in touch and removing much of the stress from what became a complicated process. Sincerely, you will not find a better, more human estate agent than Vince. He loves what he does, takes huge pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients. Thanks as always Vince and Eeleven!

In these strange times, doing something that can be so stressful it has been an absolute pleasure having Vince and Claire to sell our home. Vince has been so helpful, always on the end of the phone whenever we needed him including sound advice with our purchase (through another agent). He worked so hard to make it pleasant, seamless, quick and now we are in our dream home. We will miss the laughs, but the housewarming invite will be in the post! Thank you guys!

I don’t know where to begin! Working with Vince has been an utter pleasure! He is the kindest and most genuine estate agent there is out there. He is honest and goes above and beyond with his clients. Although our purchase did not go through on the end, through no fault of his. We could not have been happier with his service, if you are looking in Leytonstone/Leyton/Wanstead area I wouldn’t bother looking with any other agents, he knows his stuff and will look after you on a level that other estate agents just don’t meet. I would even say it’s worth waiting until he has the right property come up on the market, all his properties are of such a high standard for an extremely reasonable price! Thank you Vince!

Vince at EELEVEN was incredible when we were house-hunting in Leytonstone in late 2018. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the market. We’ve never dealt with such a wonderful estate agent. We didn’t end up going for a property EELEVEN was marketing but that didn’t stop Vince from giving us guidance on what offer to put in on a local property. If we hadn’t had that guidance we wouldn’t have secured our dream home. We offered to buy the team a bottle of bubbly to say thank you and they said not to worry - what a lovely bunch.
