Having to be a tenant of Cameron Adams Estates its a real pleasure. Not only speaking from the tenant perspective but as a professional person I can quickly pick up on the service that the agents provides. In my case,Ive been working with Cameron Adams for almost 4 years. Not only they are very responsive, deals with the maintenance very promptly ,understanding,kind and caring ,but always takes your personal issues into consideration before any decision is made. It is rare to find managing agents like Cameron Adams that truly cares for the people and not only the money. Humble and with great morals. They are always there to support not only the landlords but also the tenants. The way they treat their customers is extraordinary. With a such a sensitivity, empathy and understanding that makes you feel being that part of their family. I feel lucky to be their tenant. It is extremely hard part to take when two sides of opinions does not align . It is never easy to be a middle person wanting both parties to be happy. But when you are led by compassion,love and integrity every problem seems to be resolved in the most beautiful way and this is what Cameron Adams does . Uniquely delivering best service possible .

Abysmal service. Answered the phone like it was his home phone “hello…?” Had to ask twice if this was the estate agent. Then also for a name of the person I was speaking to. Told it was Kamran. Well, all I can say is Kam’s attitude STINKS. He doesn’t want to listen to complaints, probably because it requires him to actually do something for a change. He hung up the phone on me in the end. Such a wonderfully professional example of estate agent these days. Wouldn’t touch this “company” with a barge pole, I’d heard rumours about them but hate to judge until I’ve had my own experience. Well let me tell you - they are as rubbish as people say! Disgusting service skills Kamran. Unfortunately Google won’t let you leave a ZERO star review. That’s what my true rating is.

Kamran at Cameron Adams has delivered me faultless service at a more than competitive fee. In finding me a tenant 1. He gave me a good deal 2. He told me the truth about everything - which was not my experience among all the rivals. 3. He found me a good tenant quickly and vetted them so the flat was empty for a minimum period. 4. He is very quick to respond and is readily available. Things you ask for happen fast, without delay or foot-dragaging. 5. His advice on all the minutiae of marketing the property and selecting a good tenant is sharp - informed by a wealth of experience
6. Finally he is friendly and fun to do business with.

We used Cameron Adams to support us as landlords on several properties over a few years. They have excellent communication between landlord and tenants. They have a designated member of staff for every tenant and landlord, creating a supportive environment with efficient feedback. All the people in the office are warm and helpful and clearly state all the different options landlords have when making decisions with a property. They research and are very knowledgeable on current landlord and tenant policies, which frequently evolve in London. Kamran Younis was my main contact with the company and was very quick and patient with dealing with my many questions!

It was near closing time, and I don't have any time to spare during office hours, I explained to the one chap still at century 21, by the name 'Kamran'. I needed a 1 bed flat and he showed me available flats online. We went immediately with keys to 3 flats, but I only needed to see the first one and fell in love with it! Kamran filled me-in with all the necessary details plus gave a courtesy call after a couple of days of moving in to see if I was fine. nice chap, highly recommended, both Century 21 leytonstones and Kamran.

Beware of these agents. We had a very bad experience with Kamran. We are in process of reporting it trading standards. Plus we are trying to inform waltham forest council about the rough practices of these agent. Please avoid them at every cost. You will only regret and nothing else.

These people are absolute thieves and criminal charges should be made against them. Back when me and my friend were in university and looking for a place, they showed us a property and the owner seemed like a normal lady. Turned out to be religious Christian nut who refused to let my friend's boyfriend visit for any length of time and generally had extremely suffocating rules and an aggressive daughter and son-in-law who were physically threatening. This agency made us sign a lease agreement for a property with no separate entrance, which should legally have been a tenancy agreement, therefore, while it appeared we had rights on paper, in fact there was NO protection for us under common law. Tenancies simply afford tenants fewer rights than lessees. When we moved in and found this out, we went back to them to get our deposit back and cancel our agreement. They refused to do so until we signed an agreement stating we wouldn't press charges against them (obviously they had realised their mistake and didn't want to get sued, so basically held our deposit as 'ransom' in order to protect themselves - I'm pretty sure this is illegal, but we were scared young women in our 2nd year of uni and not native to London) and they would retain their exorbitant fees! Not a month later did I get a call from a woman who worked at their office asking us to help her in testifying against the disgusting men who worked there because of the abuse she had suffered there. Apparently they destroyed evidence of everything and she couldn't build her case, plus was frightened as we were. DO NOT GIVE THESE DISGUSTING MEN YOUR BUSINESS!!!

As a landlady, I would highly recommend the services of Century 21 at Leytonstone - in particular of Nasir, the gentleman who has been dealing with my property.
I had a diabolical experience with my previous agent and upon contacting Nasir, he has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient with communication and above all trustworthy to manage my property. avoid like a plague, if you a landlord do not use them at any cost. They work in partnership with rouge sub renters from Romania. They will not care about your problems as soon as they get their money from you. You have been warned.
Our story: We have had our newly refurbished property rented via them for one year. We explicitly requested for a single family and no sub renters for our property. They Offered us a Romanian family who they knew for many years and vowed for them to be tidy family of 5 persons.
after we just 1 month when i am back to the house to check how is everything going on found out that two of the room already have added bunk beds also complete strangers in the house who i did not see before.
when I called to the agency to report that it was a massive sub renting issue going on at our property I have been assured that they will get in touch with Romanian family and assure that all bunk beds will be removed asap. They told me that they gave tenants 48 hours to comply. One week later when I checked on the property I saw those bunk beds still there with no signs of changes. I called Century21 agency and spoke with Nas person who was dealing with our property and requested for contract termination with tenants. He told me that he will get back to me as soon as possible. However after waiting for a week nothing have been heard from them. Called again told me the person Nas is out of office for a month will get in touch when he is back. Waited another month no reply. Called again been told that Nas is out of the office and leave message. Left message to with I did not get reply till today. Called again and again for weeks. Went to the office personally but never got to meet Nas ever again. They have completely ignored our requests for contract cancellation.
We have then notified our tenants directly of the contract termination and been told by tenants that they will ignore my request and will only comply to agency.
at the end of the 10th month of contract we sent notification that we will not extend the contract to agency to which we have not received any reply. After two weeks of notice I went to the property to check if tenants are aware of the contract termination. They were not! By the way I was speaking with complete strangers at my property that i did not rent the property to.
The 11th and 12th month rent was never paid and tenants left the property after 11th month. Tenants stole half of the new furniture including beds and left the property very very dirty.
Agency did not bother to do the check out as their excuse is tenants left early therefore they cannot do it which is complete BS.
So there you have it. If you want to work with them then do so at your own risk.

cannot recomend Faisal at century 21 high enough. I was illegally evicted from my house and given 10 days to move. Faisal found a flat within my price range and gave us a viewing within 20 minutes of walking through the door. He negotiated a lower rent to suit us better and gave us daily updates on the process. I felt like I was being genuinely looked after the whole time. Faisal is an honest man.

It was a horrible company to deal with. They are a bunch of liars, incompetent and will use and abuse you in any way they can ! They have a very difficult time keeping up with obligations and exploit their clients from the use of their rules and regulations. They are money hungry and do not know the meaning of loyalty and trust which is why they do not know how to maintain general levels of humanity. The only thing worthy to them is ££££s ! DO NOT GO TO THEM !!!!
