We strongly advise avoiding real estate agents associated with Hunters. We spent a year living in a property in Ruislip that we had rented through the Hunters agency. After a few months, we noticed that when it rained, water seeped through the light bulbs in the ceiling and the power distribution box on the staircase of our apartment. We promptly reached out to the agency, and they sent someone to assess the issue. However, the quick fix they attempted was insufficient. The workers explained that the problem had persisted for a while, and the landlord was unwilling to cover the necessary roof repair costs, preventing them from addressing the root issue. As a result, we endured living in the property for a year with water leaking through the roof and the fuse box, which eventually caused power outages and posed safety risks. We contacted the agency one more time about this issue before deciding that its better to move out. Upon our departure, both the landlord and the real estate agent seemed surprised by our dissatisfaction with the apartment and their handling of the situation. The landlord acknowledged that the repair costs were too high. However, it's unacceptable to rent out an apartment that is unsafe and in such a state of disrepair. It is the responsibility of both the estate agent and the landlord to ensure their tenants' safety and address water leaks seriously. It is unreasonable to expect us to call the agents every time it rains in London. The landlord mentioned the possibility of compensation and requested us to send him an email, even though he should have this information in his emails and should have discussed it with the estate agents. It has been six weeks since we sent the email, and we have not received any response regarding compensation. To add to our frustration, the landlord deducted money from our deposit. We hope that at the very least, he will use this money for the necessary roof repair….. Additionally, we hope for the "Hunters" real estate agency to enhance their communication with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders in property maintenance while refraining from making unfulfilled commitments.... Tommy and Darren did a great job for us in selling our home. We needed to move quickly; they presented the property fantastically well online, and in a brochure, we got what we were looking for in great time. The buyers solicitor was very poorly organized, with demands for documents late in the day, but Darren very calmly made sure everything was done as needed. Good communication, very friendly and helpful i would recommend Hunters Hayes if you are buying or selling in the area. Great team.... Read more

We had a pretty unique property for sale in Hayes and had no hesitation in letting hunters deal with the sale after meeting the team! As we anticipated the process was difficult with multiple ‘buyers ‘falling at the last hurdle for various reasons!
