I don't understand why this estate agents had so many good reviews. Maybe they are better at sales rather than lettings....
My experience with them has been really awful from the start! I used this estate agents to let my newly refurbished flat out. Firstly they didn't screen the tenant enough and allowed this tenant to have a permitted occupant on the tenancy agreement. This permitted occupant was the brother of the tenant who lived there and I later found out he was a criminal with a tag, waiting for his court hearing. I had no idea he was living in my flat instead of the actual tenant on the agreement. He damaged my flat, drilling holes in the walls to fix his TV in the lounge and bedroom. He smoked in the flat when it was not permitted! Thank God he gave notice to leave but he left the flat in such a mess, he did a bodge job of fixing the walls and painting the flat with different colour white which looked patchy and so awful! He caused damage to the beading and door profiles that I had to get them all replaced! I had to get a builder to renovate the whole flat again to get it to the standard that it was before he moved in. Anyway during this time of this person living in my flat, the rent was overdue by days and I had to call the estate agents several times. It was so hard to get hold of anyone. I would leave messages and emails to get them to call me back but they would never get back to me!! I would get the rent late after so many phone calls to them to chase the tenant up! Pranav was the main person I had to deal with as unfortunately Daria was off sick. Pranav was difficult to get hold of. I had to keep calling everyday to speak to him and to continually ask him to do what needed to be done including the simple job of calling the tenant up. I had to visit the agency at their office in Ruislip myself to speak to him face to face and sit in front of him to get him to call the tenant to chase up the rent as left to his own devices, he would do nothing! The phones are rarely manned by anyone you just get a voice mail to leave messages. Pranav hardly got back to me or responded to emails...it has been absolutely hard work dealing with these people at this agency! They are totally unprofessional and unreliable! I have been ringing them every day but I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of anyone in the office who cares enough to do their job properly and in a professional manner.
If u want to rent your flat our DON'T use this estate agents. They are absolutely useless!! Daria and Simran were the only diligent good staff that were working there. Unfortunately they are not there anymore, instead the other agents are just not diligent or care enough to do their jobs properly. You will only get nothing but stress and disappointment if you deal with these clowns! I am just glad I have got my flat back and I am going to rent it out with another reputable estate agent in Watford who are so much more professional and who have managed to find me a much more suitable tenant through their diligent screening process.
If you want to avoid disappointment and unnecessary stress whilst renting your flat AVOID this estate agents!

Don't go near them if you are a landlord. They are an absolute joke. Don't acknowledge your existence. Don't return calls, don't answer emails, neglect tenants, nobody to complain to. The shop in Ruislip isn't even open half the time! It's a circus. More brains in a bowl of soup! If you value your sanity and want a fully managed letting service, please look elsewhere. Would give these numpties no stars if I could. You've been warned. Since Daria and Simran left the service is a joke. Pranav, the owner, is totally incompetant and totally unprofessional. I'm a landlord paying for a fully managed service to let out my flat and I may as well be doing it all myself, they do nothing. Going to refer them to the TPOS as the experience I've had with them after the last 2 years is worse than awful.
Don't pay attention to all the good reviews, they are all old now and since the only competent/professional people left Hunters (Simran and Daria) the service has gone down hill to the point of non-existence!

About a year ago, we relocated from Lancaster to Ealing and were fortunate to work with Pranav from Hunters Real Estate Ruislip Branch.
Everything went as planned since they were so attentive and supportive. We have never had any problems with them.
If you are wanting to rent or sell your house, please contact Pranav; he is very professional and helpful all the way through.
Pranav ensured that the entire procedure ran well from beginning to end , giving us confidence that we were in good hands.
I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Pranav, who was the main point of contact for me.
Thank you Hunters Ruislip Branch and HUGE thank you to Pranav for all your hard work and great support .

I would like to say a massive thank you to Hunters estate agent in ruislip for their amazing service they have provided me and my sister on the sale of our property. We got in touch with them on the 11th of March 2022 and within 2 weeks they had an offer accepted on our property. Communication from start to finish has been amazing and I cannot thank Pranav..Purvin and Dhariya for the amazing service they have all provided in all this. These guys have bee n absolutley amazing and as mentioned I could not have asked for extraordinary service from anywhere else.
