TLC Jamie/Sean manage our block of four flats and are always quick and professional in responding to any situations. On Friday after reporting an incident requiring urgent response, it was dealt with straight away and when I came back on Sunday, resolved. Brilliant!
Annie has done a splendid job in delivering a superb result.

I am having a great experience with the management agency. Amy Goldstein is always very responsive and helpful. It makes renting much nicer and stress free.
I am shocked at their attitude to customers. Such a low lever could hardly be expected from a company that is positioning self rather high on the market. It started off with me popping by their Kensington office. I left my contacts and one of their receptionists promised I would be shortly contacted by one of agents. However it had never happened and I called them the following day only to find out they request had never been processed. However new person (Charlotte) promised to send me available options. Which she has not done up until now. Seriously, why to treat your customers with such a neglect? I have a feeling they are not interested in finding new clients or doing their job. So ended up with Foxtons.
The Strutt and Parker staff at this office were so helpful and diligent, and finding my new home with their help was a breeze. I had a number of requirements which Sophie had no trouble accommodating, and despite the tight time frame she really came through. Her local knowledge was invaluable and she was a delight throughout the process. She was also very easily contactable which was refreshing. Highly recommend.
Georgina was brilliant from start to finish, finding me the perfect tenant.
As a first time landlord she helped making the process easy to understand and she was quick to answer any of my questions.

Property manager of this real estate is the worst I have ever found:
- when I did the check-in they send a lady who didn't know which one was the flat...she went at the 3rd floor of the building,instead the flat was at the ground;
- I've sent 16 emails to get solved different problems as: broken toilet seat,broken bedroom door, full side of the wardrobe occupied by landlord's bedding and to get an answer from the Property manager I had to call the estate agent who let us the flat every time;
- they didn't tell me that the land phone line was not available to plug in the broadband,so I've been paying the broadband without having a service;
And after one month from my check in they only say: we will send someone to have a look...problems need to be sorted out.
The worst property manager service ever,DON'T LET A FLAT with them,because since the check-in you would be completely alone to manage everything,and they should do,based on fact that you already paid them.
All our dealings with Ms G.C. and her team at S&P Kensington over the past 5 years have been of the highest standard: sharp grasp of our needs, very knowledgeable and excellent advice, outstanding soft and hard skills, speed of response, flexibility, here to help, anticipation and ability to propose appropriate solutions. Consistently outstanding level of service. Most valuable of course. Definitely worth it.

If you’re a student at Royal Holloway I would 110% recommend using Alpha. They helped find me and my flat mates a beautiful property to rent even despite leaving it a little late. Their commitment and communication made the entire process close to pain free and almost as if I didn’t even have to do anything. The entire team are always a phone call or email away if we had any troubles (especially Kim and Gabby). Couldn’t recommend alpha enough.
Alpha have a track history of treating students badly, and this is the exact treatment we got. Communicatino was slow, we weren't listened to and all staff were extremely rude. The final deposit deductions were ridiculous, charging us for things we complained about from before our tenancy that they chose not to fix, as well as adding unnecessary costs, simply because we are students and have minimal power. The wort thing is many students don't have a choice in Egham as there is minimal choice with renting houses for accommodation unless you can afford a house that is actually fit for living.
As an additional comment we looked at housing with them in our first year of renting and due to our inexperience the person showing us around tried to scam us into buying a 6 bed property when there was only 5 of us, and rushed us into making a decision knowing that she was lying to us about how late wed left it, despite being someone of the first people to house hunt. Rude, unprofessional and horrible.
