I cannot thank Darling enough. She showed us the flat and checked us out. She has the rare quality of bringing positive energy to all around her. She is a great asset to Alexander Lewis. Alexander Lewis dealt with all the rental process professionally and with great communication skills. There were few issues which mostly got resolved over 2 to 3 months. We were patient and understanding. Unfortunately it took over 2 months for our deposit minus an amount we had offered a few weeks earlier to be returned to us. The main reason being disagreement over the Checkin and Checkout Inventory. As a result of this experience I have decided to insist on Checkin and Checkout Inventory to be done in my presence should I need to rent a flat again from any agent.This will save a lot of time and effort during the tenancy for both tenants and agents, trying to address discrepancies and inaccuracies, and most importantly will result in coming to a fast mutual reasonable agreement after the checkout. It should not take over 2 months for deposits to be returned. For us it was the first time this had happened. I still recommend Alexander Lewis. The team are all professional and considerate. Always responded fast even on the few occasions I contacted them over weekend. Always willing to help. We appreciated the viewings for potential future tenants were arranged in a very considerate manner with ultimate respect for our privacy.... Read more

My experience with Alexander Lewis, and in particular with Ali, has been nothing short of exceptional. The best real estate agent I’ve worked with! Incredibly helpful, responsive, to the point and efficient. I moved at the start of the pandemic and despite the pandemonium, my move was smooth and without difficulty due to Ali’s help. Good experience overall. Ali was our point of contact throughout the process of renting our flat and he always went over and above to be there when needed. He's a practical guy, and straight to the point. Giving 4 stars as things weren't necessarily as smooth as they should have been, however I believe this really wasn't due to any ill intent but simply a couple of small omissions. Would recommend, especially when compared to other agents out there I've had the opportunity to deal with.... Read more

Ali and Paul went above and beyond in helping us find and prepare the flat in which we now live - they exceeded our expectations all around! Super streamlined legals, fast referencing process and approvals using digital signatures, superb attention to detail in landlord/tenant communications - nothing falls through the cracks: on move-in date the flat condition was perfect and just as specified.
