From the moment we met Viraj we knew he was amazing. Viraj was very communicative and responsive. He answered all our questions before our renting period within seconds, and we had a lot of them ;) He even measured things in the house so we could order furniture to get it delivered at the day of move in. My experience with Rickman Properties was fantastic from start to finish. Viraj was prompt and efficient in all of our communications, and I was kept regularly updated at every stage of the process. This is the worst agent I had ever experienced. They cheated and hold the over paid rent £900 without refund us properly. If you are overseas student, do not use them. They will not take our phones or emails and tried to ignore us despite we asked for refund. They argued that the money they hold to pay for the cleaness. I agreed to pay for one bed cleaning but ask for receipt and refund the rest. Then they became silence. It is a grey area that they knew that they can not touch deposit but they can hold your over paid rent without giving back to you. They knew that we can not do anything about it. So be careful, never use this agency.... Read more

Rickman Properties is a unique outfit– I am so pleased I happen to come across it relatively early in my search for a new place. This brilliant team (I dealt with Viraj and William) had a strong personable approach and made my search for a new palace so much easier. They are trustworthy, well organsied, and I would highly recommend them for properties in SW3/ SW7. My main point of contact was Viraj who I found to be quick and responsive from the outset. Viraj was courteous, fastidious, diligent, and listented carefully to my requirements (never wasted my time) and only ever showed me select properties that matched my requirements that we discussed. He was was able to manage my expectations and the entire process seamlessly - thorough, reliable, and transparent at all times. He always went above and beyond to help when I had any questions or concerns ( always responding in a timely manner even when very busy). He kept me well informed at all stages throughout the entire process, ensuring I was happy with all apsects involved ( i.e making sure I liked the furniture) and struck the right balance in achieving the fairest deal possible. This is the core value of the company - "When will landlords learn?? Why use an estate agency that doesn't belong to a reputable redress organisation, governing body? Would you use a travel agent that wasn't ATOL registered? NO you wouldn't. Although i am not privy to a lot of details of this case, but i bet your bottom dollar that this agent fees were a lot lower than most? Not affiliated to any governing body?
