Gillian was always professional in her conduct and helped both parties to come to an agreement. As a buyer I was happily surprised to see her take the extra step to not only mediate the negotiations but she also continued to offer her help after the deal was done. She was honest and answered questioned truthfully and what she didn’t know, she found out. I highly recommend Gillian for any future sales or purchases!

Gillian and Emma served as some of the best agents I have dealt with over the past few years. Their experience, maturity and understanding were second to none and I would recommend to utilise the duo when it comes to selling your property. As soon as I gave pictures of my property to Gillian, they had tailored buyers into the apartment the next day and an offer on the table by end of the week. At first, you would think this could have been a fortunate circumstance with the current macro environment, but having been on the other side of things when Gillian is showing you a property, you see how effective she is at making people see how this could be their home and giving you the time to understand if it is for you or not. Sometimes her advise is honest and tough but it is always in the benefit of her vendors and buyers and not to just make a sale! I look forward to working with you on my next project :D
