I am writing this review only because of Kerry. She made the check in and check out very smooth. She was extremely polite and helpful. Although my Landlord was very greedy and deducted 420 gbp for cleaning but still I loved interlet and would recommend it to everyone. Enjoyed my stay with interlet and would definitely avail their facilities in the future.

They seem nice until you ask for your deposit back then you see the right attitude. I been begging for my deposit wich I been refused the flat since the 8th of August and iam still chasing my dollars. Its not fair I paid for a service they don't provide and they don't give the money back.every day they tell me some different story about thier accountants or the landlord is on holiday just excuse after the other wich is none of my business as I send the money straight when they ask to deposit and it should be the same from thier part.

We were recommended to contact Alexa by a friend who used Interlet before. We were quite desperate and tried few estate agents who were not able to help. We needed a short let property at a very short notice due to extensive building works at our home. We were really stressed and did not want to move too far as the whole process was quite disruptive for the whole family already. We was very impressed with the way Interlet approached our situation and dealt with us. Alexa was fantastic, upmost professional yet friendly and smily at all times. Our children loved visiting Interlet office where everyone was making them feel very special. We could not recommended Interlet high enough. Not your typical estate agent!

I live here for about a month and can say I was really lucky to find this place. My flat is very affordable and the area is wonderful, Hyde park is literally next to the house. The building is old but in a good condition. Also would like to mention the customer service - it is always easy and unproblematic thanks to all managers. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I had an issue with Wi-Fi quality and it was solved in a week as well as other issues. Couldn’t imagine a better place for this price! Honestly can recommend it

I have lived in London for 6 years, and renting with Interlet was by far the worst experience I have had.
After I had moved into a shared house they were renting out, they forced me to sign a new contract adding in a break clause after I had already lived there for two months and paid rent under the existing contract. The owner of the company aggressively yelled at me down the phone and threatened to kick me out if she couldn’t edit the contract which we both already signed. She tried to intimidate me saying she was a “barrister” and that I shouldn’t mess with her.
A while longer into the tenancy, contractors started showing up at the house to do work with no notice given that they would be coming. They literally let themselves into the house without any indication that they would be coming. Interlets responses to my concerns was to get extremely aggressive once again.
They are terrible. I have had significantly better experiences renting with several other agents in the area. Seriously, avoid this place - I wish I had never gotten involved with them. You can find much better.
I have noticed they seem to deny similar accounts from other people in their reviews. The condescending tone they take is exactly reflective of my experiences with them. So, don’t be surprised if they try to excuse away my accusations also.

I got in touch with Interlet thorugh spareroom in 2014 and they asked me if I was interest in their properties. I was a rookie in London and I accepted then they asked me for aorund £75 feed to have a list 5or 6 of potential properties in west london. It was such a terrible and shocking exsperience. none of the properties was suitable to call them DECENT. I remember one of them was a cubicle of 10sqm close to notting hill with a single bed, a small fridge in the corner with a stove on top, stinky and dirty building of course. The bathroom was shared with 5 similar units.
After 3 or 4 years, meanwhile i was looking again for a new place, the got in touch again with me suggesting to visit them and having a chat about new potential accomodations..... and the history started again, I think the girl at the phone still remember my loud insults!
If you are looking for a decent shared accomodation dont use these scammers!

Having used Interlet to let out my flat I can not speak highly enough about this company.
I was so impressed with how quickly they let the flat for me. From start to finish everything was handled professionally, swiftly and efficiently. They really cared about making sure they found the right tenants for me.

Interlet has been an absolutely disgraceful experience.
Lack of communication, overcharging the checkout (110£ for 8 bulbs which were reported as working) to name a few.
The different employees have no sense of service. Don't expect anything from them except when it's about them and their wallet.
I would recommend anyone willing to rent an apartment with them to just move on to the next agency. The manager, was especially rude with us and took advantage of us despite our multiple attempts to clear the air.

Interlet has meant a rollercoaster of bad surprises and disappointments for us during our one-year tenancy.
Little respect with students, irregular communication (when it’s in their interest) & they still ask you to rate them 5 stars on Google Maps when you aren’t done yet with their service!
It took 4 months for Interlet to give back the deposit, obviously not in its entirety, charging us 200£ for cleaning a sofa, 110£ for light bulbs and other ridiculous fees for cleaning a house that was definitely not brand new…
One agent in particular was very rude and randomly answered emails.
Only plus: they provided a new sofa and sent a handyman when needed.

I have to give a shout out to Eleanor who went above and beyond to help myself and my partner find an apartment in London. We are currently in Dublin which made it hard for us to view certain apartments but Eleanor really did absolutely everything for us from keeping in touch every minute of the day, to sending us videos of places so we could view them in are own time and also doing video calls with us. She was outstanding and gave great customer service. I couldn’t recommend Eleanor enough from Interlet and her colleagues. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with dealing with an agency. The director, Sham, is a dishonest, rude, manipulative, angry person. I paid a deposit on a flat to rent in advance and signed a deposit contract, only to find out 6 weeks later that the agency had readvertised the property for higher rent than was agreed with me and obviously rented the flat from under me. Then, to get out of it, said I didn't pass reference checks (even though I had provided everything) and accused me of completely unsubstantiated claims so that they could get out of the contract with me. In the end, I did not want to rent the property from such a dishonest organisation so I finally gave in and asked for my deposit back, which I then had to just about beg to receive (even though it was them wanting to end my agreement.) My best advice to you, stay away from this agency. Dishonest, immoral and probably illegal practice going on.

Saw one of their listings on rightmove and requested to view the flat. During it they said there were two extra fees (one was for gas, electricity, City counsel etc., which is reasonable) and the otherwise never really explained. Adding those two made the flat about 30% more expensive than the original listing. At the time I was in a hurry to close a deal so I accepted and paid the reservation fee. After going home I started feeling cheated and so I requested to cancel the reservation. I want to point out that the contract I signed stated that if I chose to cancel, interlet would decide whether to refund me in full, in part or not at all. Given that I cancelled it in less than 16 hours, during a time that they were closed so it didn't impact any other viewings, and that the property was still up on their website I would have thought at least a partial refund would be appropiate, but they decided to keep all the money. For that and the fact they werent really listening to my expectations of when to move in (even though I asked to move in in three days time they ignored me and just kept saying I would move in in 4-5 without explaining or asking if that was ok) I cannot recommend this agency.

Interlet is a great agency. They managed to find a house which would suit me the same day when I came to them. The locations of their properties vary from Baron's Court to Notting Hill and Kensington. I live near BBC Centre and it takes me approx. 20-30 minutes to reach Notting Hill and other central areas what is really comfortable for me.The property itself is kept clean and tidy - the cleaner comes every week to take care about it. From the moment I walked into Internet HQ I found a uniquely beautiful space, the keynote being a most endearing elephant sculpture.
Who could resist going to stroke some of the many elephant heads.
There creatures had a soft, gentle expression. The effect was to remove any initial nervousness one might have. The dynamic owner was busy and asked a colleague to deputise. This was the tall, elegant young gentleman, Eliot - a handsome blond. I started to enjoy myself in his company. He was unassuming, softly spoken, sometimes with a glint of humour in his expression.

I am not sure what kind of monkey business the owner is running, but seeing the manager of the agency walking down high street kensington with his yorkshire terriers on a Monday afternoon should give you an idea on what kind of "business" this is. Also as you can see from the replies to other reviewers, the management is clearly trying to intimidate reviewers who left a negative feedback, which beside being pathetic is also illegal. Ok dear owner, if you want to complain I work for an Embassy and I am looking forward to your intimidating email, lol. Either way here's my experience with this so called agency: I called them once to enquire about a property: they said they would call back, they never did. A few months later I walked into their office, for a different property, i thought perhaps it was a one time thing, they asked me to fill a form, and gave me a viewing appointment: On the day of the appointment, I called them to confirm mid-afternoon as I did not hear from them, I spoke to a guy who told me we will call you back in 30 min to confirm. Guess what? 30 min later, an hour, 2 hours later, nothing, when I tried to call a few times as to enquire about what's happening, they did not pick up the phone. I am guessing they do that a lot. Seriously, this is not a real estate agency, this is a joke, a bad one at that. And the funny looking manager should do something else, perhaps start a yorkshire terrier breeding business instead

I had to move to London within a week, so the stress of finding a place for me was very high, but thanks to Nishaad from Interlet, I found the perfect home for me in less than 2 days. He understood very well my demands, so he managed to find me exactly what I whished for, from the beginning, and more than this he helped me negociating my conditions with the landlord.

I have to say I was really pleased with the quality of the service of the agency. I had a good experience with Interlet. In particular the agent who dealt with me, Melodie, was friendly and professional and helped me find a flat quickly. Moving during the month of Dec-Jan is never ideal and I was glad for the help that the agency provided and particularly thanks to Melodie who called to follow up and get my impressions after the visits and organise more visits at short notice.
You only pay a fee if you sign for the property and in my case this was 100£. They put me in direct contact with the landlord (or his agent) so there were no extra charges after that. Compared to other estate agents who were quoting me anywhere from 150£ to 420£ (not to mention renewal fees) this was a bargain.

STAY AWAY!!! Payed 125 pounds just to see rubbish, deceivingly advertised properties which were there to lure us for the more expensive nearby lettings. A meter wide studio flat(!) which its toilet was outside, next stop was a double room with 60 pounds weekly extra, also with the twist of toilet. The guy who was showing it to us said, 'it is only a toilet short from studio flat and you will share it only with two, so it is almost private', yea right! I am not sure which is more stupid still; the amount I payed to them or the properties...

The experience with this company was absolutely terrible. Firstly, they allowed me to see only places with 4-5 people and one bathroom saying that for my budget that was the only solution. Absolutely untrue. For example, I found using "spareroom" cheaper houses with a lowest budget. Secondly, I had a communication problem with the one who was supposed to be my landlady and they told her that I had not gave them my email and phone numbers that actually I wrote on the contract. In this way I came to London and I had not anymore my room, I spent one night in an Hotel. Thirdly, the only thing that they do is give you a list of appointments without telling you how many rooms there are in the house, how many bathrooms and how many people are living in the house. I had better results looking by myself, at least I didn't waste my time chasing after houses that I would not have visited.

Very keen to take the £130 and do nothing else after an initial 10mins work on the phone. The do not even have photographs of all the properties they have on offer so you waste a lot of time and money visiting places blind. Furthermore they are rubbish at keeping in contact via email. The fact the £130 is non-transferable is a complete con! Avoid this company like the plague.

I thought it was really nice. They will find you a place to your liking, in the area you are looking for guaranteed. Only criticism would be that sometimes the landlords they get you in touch with may have a registration fee of their own, which can get pricey. Overall though they are lovely (especially Maureen) and I found some really nice places in London, even though I had never been and am from over in the US. 4 Stars.

I had experience of using Interlet services in first days of May of this year. It was a hectic day as I was arriving to London that day and my accommodation booking was canceled at the last minute. However Interlet agents were ready to search for suitable options for me although it was Friday 6pm and they were not supposed to work at that time. Eventually a few options were found and later that day I moved into my new house where I live still and what I'm very happy about.
I think interlet is a good fair agency with many flexible options available at any given time. Highly recommended.

I was moving to London and I needed to find a place in four days, so I decided to go straight to this agency because I had seen many of their adds in Zoopla, and the prices seemed affordable for me. The agents are excellent, they organized lots of visits for me in the areas I was interested and all within my budget, they made everything easy for me and they called me when I found a place to make sure I was happy with that. The fact that there was a Spanish speaker in the agency helped me a lot too. Honestly, I think it is a very good choice if you don't have much time to spend on the internet looking at gumtree adds, or just if you are under pressure to find a place quickly.

Not 24 hours after landing at Heathrow, I was in Interlet's office seeking out an affordable and comfortable flat in London, not knowing a soul as an international student. 1) They fill up the property site with ads for places they no longer even have on their books just to pull people in.
2) They tell you they have lots of stuff available and that you have to come into their office.
3) In their office you can be made to line up to speak with one of the 2 people who deal with lettings one of which is horribly rude to people in general.
4) After going through their folder of papers you find out that those nice looking places on their site don't even exist because "things are always changing".
5) BEFORE they will even let you see any of their properties they ask for a 120 pound upfront agent fee just to have the privilege of viewing the vague and few properties on their books. They only tell me this after wasting hours of my time.
Fortunately I walked out and went to other agents who only take payment after you sign the lease and are much more professional.

This company is a rip off they show something on their website and when you phone them up or visit them they tell you something else which is a bit higher than the price posted. Don't deal with them under any circumstances, they are so unprofessional. I am lucky that I have not played them the £120 or else I would have been chasing them for long time. I cannot believe that I am calling a state agency and they are replying with words like " May have some studios" or " It might be around £900" Monika with "K" is the worst don't try to speak with her cause she will just make you more confused.

WOW, I have been trying to get hold of someone from Interlet as I am looking for a short term rental in London. I've been emailing and chatting, and as I have been travelling, can't always call as it is expensive. When I get hold of someone on the chat functionality, and explained that I was in Spain, so was unable to call telephonically, I get this back; 'Really? Because we can see you are in Ealing so you arent international so why not just phone' When I explained I was infact in Spain, they refused to believe me, and told me to come into the office...(why would I lie about being in Spain?) So I thank you Interlet, for your amazing customer service and calling a perspective client a liar...reading your other reviews though I can see that I was lucky by not dealing with you...and for your information, I can't remember the last time I was in Ealing.

Agency not helpful at all. They charge you a fee (120£) and then when you have a trouble with your landlord they wash their hands. I had a really not pleasant experience with one of the landlords they put me in touch with who happened to be Malaysian Chinese and was completely nuts and control freak. Her name was Mrs Celestial. So I would advise anyone wanting to rent a place from her think twice. Or try not to give the last month rent as what she did to me she refused to give it back and at the end when i said i will go into local court and sue her she gave me back only half.
So stay away from Celestial Properties!! She is nuts. And the agency won't help you if you will have any problems

Awful service.
For the money paid to them they were absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to do anything.
Deposite was supposed to be returned within 7 working days. Its been almost a month and I still haven't got my money.
For every issue I had to phone them myself since they rarely reply to emails and rarely call back even when they promised to.
They charge 75 pounds just for the check out procedure. For someone to come to the apartment and check wether is everything in place. Never came across such thing before.
DONT USE THIS AGENCY!

I recently used Interlet to find a property and was very pleased with the service I received. The staff were always very courteous and professional, and I felt were always doing the best they could to ensure my flat search went through smoothly. When issues came up along the way I put my faith in them to sort things out and was not disappointed. The property I found was so perfect for me, being so big, but I was worried about the price and the availability at first. Luckily I was able to move in immediately and for a price I was very happy with.

Rip off! Wouldn't go near them again if you paid me. Charged £120 for the "privelege" of seeing their properties. (Of course they didn't mention this on the phone before I traveled halfway across the country). Staff very unhelpful and rude (particularly Maria if you're interested). And was "unable" to connect me to a manager, ever. Clearly he's fed up with having all these complaints.
