Terrible service. Failed in the basic- checking source and availability of funds of buyer. Left us out of pocket by many thousands of pounds when at exchange the buyer had no funds. Failed to follow their own complaints procedure by ignoring our emails.

I have to say the service we have received from the team at Knight Frank has been second to none, professional, proactive, and also personable. Edd was great throughout the process from start to finish - Rachel Hancock was excellent and very proactive on the sale of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight Frank Winchester and certainly use them again should the need arise.

Toby at Knight Frank sold our previous home back in 2009 so we were delighted for him to market our home in St Cross this year. He concentrated the viewings on one day where possible to reduce disruption and always provided feedback straight away. Since we accepted an offer he has kept us up to date and ensured that, what can be a stressful time, has run smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I want to give Ed Hunt a huge thank you for his assistance in our search for a new home. Honestly, Ed was the only agent who seemed to listen to and understand our needs. He was by far the most proactive agent during our search. To top things off when we finally found our next home with another agent Ed continued to make himself available with advice and guidance using his extensive knowledge of the local area. Having bought plot of land via George Clarendon of Knight Frank 6 years ago (and left a review at that time - see below) we have recently concluded on the sale of the property we built and concurrently purchased our new home in central Winchester, both through Knight Frank Winchester (George dealing with the sale and Toby Gullick the purchase).
Our experience was again of 1st class service, excellent communication and professional, efficient and friendly all apply again to decsribe our interaction with George, Toby, Ed and the team. We cannot speak more highly of service they provide - with our thanks.

It’s an awesome buying experience with Toby from Knight Frank Winchester branch. The viewing of the property was very welcoming and comfortable. The communication during the buying process was excellent. Be able to move into our dreaming house in 7 weeks time with 4 parties on a chain is a great achievement during the time before Xmas. Toby has played an important part to make this happen. He’s very polite and considerate for all of ours queries and during our chats. Toby has indeed provided a personalised experience to us. I would recommend him and Knight Frank.

I have just moved into a property sold by Toby Gullick of Knight Frank.
Toby was very responsive throughout the process and facilitated communication at all stages. I received several emails out of hours in the later stages which was very impressive and reassuring and I would not hesitate to use Knight Frank again.

KF and Ed Hunt did a wonderful job in advising us and managing the sale of our cottage. In tough times which included an aborted sale at the last moment. Ed rallied and managed to secure two offers in less than a week. He advice on which offer to select was on point and proved to be 100% correct (even though KF would have been paid more with other offer). Would recommend them to anybody thinking of selling.
