Carl Wherton may have dealt with a Lovetts in Thanet but he has definitely not dealt with Lovetts 1st in Broadstairs particularly as we do not organise rentals only sales If Mr Wherton reads this perhaps he would check his details and direct his comments to the relevant company... Read more

After previously removing my review as they'd asked my partner to get me to remove it, still nothings been done so here goes... Awful company, don't care about the customer at all. Rats, damp, mould, drugs, wet electrics, leaking ceiling, and all lovetts do is blame everyone else and say they thought it was repaired... I don't know what else to say but after reading they charged a family of a dead tenant early cancellation fees I think that says it all. My one year old lives with her mom in a lovetts property and the things I've described are just a quarter of the problems, she had no gas certificate, no co2 detector, floors had fallen apart, holes everywhere including the floor, leaky roof that got into the electrics, ceiling caving in through damp. Be aware, this company will ignore you when you ask for help yet still demand the rent on time even tho your living in the equivalent of a homeless shelter. Absolute disgrace of a company. I've informed trading environmental health and local authorities .. Literally a scam company that rips you off and does nothing when you have any problems no matter how dangerous.
