Your Move were the Estate agents who dealt with our purchase and I cant speak too highly of them. The team at the Broadstairs office supported us every step of the way in what proved to be a very drawn out and difficult experience. Grace the manager was brilliant.. always helpful and available to offer advice ...sometimes giving us the push we needed. I would definitely recommend this agent. In my opinion five stars is not enough.

Having had my house valued by several local Estate Agents I was very pleased when, “Your Move” valued my property significantly above the competition. My thoughts were, that price will never happen, but I will give it a try. I was preparing for a long wait. To my astonishment before the house had officially been put on the market they had found me a buyer.
Once the sale was agreed we did have a long period of waiting due to the IT difficulties our chosen solicitor was having but I was really impressed by how hard, “Your Move,” worked to keep the deal alive, keeping all sides happy and patient. At all times I found, “Your Move,” very polite, approachable and keen to clinch that deal, as they always worked in my best interests.

Unfortunately our purchase fell through due to issues at the bottom of our chain. I have to say though that Grace and Leigh at the Broadstairs branch have been absolutely fantastic over the last 6 months and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them and if we decide to go through this process again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

Absolute professionalism and at the top of their game!
As someone who has been a private tenant in London for 20 years, I am no stranger to the process of finding a a new home and going through the tenancy application process but I have to say that the service I received from Grace at Your Move during my big move to Broadstairs was outstanding, proactive and responsive from start to finish.
Her professionalism, responsiveness and active follow-up to any query was absolutely 5 star and her friendly & knowledgeable approach was incredibly reassuring and helped my confidence in my relocation as single person from London.
The communications both towards me as a client and the team internally were evident, If I called to ask a question, Carl or Lee would usually know about my application status and be able to respond if Grace was unavailable.
The move day at the London end was particularly stressful and Carl went above and beyond by reassuring me he would stay late at the Broadstairs branch to ensure I could get keys to the new property - this is not a service I have experienced before and I am so grateful - he literally made it happen!
I have nothing but strong praise for the Your Move team Broadstairs, they are communicative, helpful, transparent and efficient and do everything with a human touch and a smile.
I will definitely use their services again when the time comes for relocating, renting or buying.

Lovely people in this office but, unfortunately Your Move have recently moved to a centralised system where their utterly incompetent office in Southampton manage contracts, payments, terminations and deposits. I'd advise avoiding like the plague if you ever want to get anything done or get your deposit back. I've been waiting a month already when the deadline is supposed to be 10 days!

Originally I was using a competitor over the road to let out my properties in Broadstairs but they didn’t listen to my requirements, wouldn’t pick up the phone or market the properties as I wished....
Then I tried Your Move Broadstairs and they are truly fantastic...within days of marketing my property they have found good and professional potential tenants for me...not just once, not twice but many times... Credit must go to the team Jinny, Grace, Lee and David. They must be so fed up of my long list of demands, but they always find me the right tenant! Fantastic team indeed!! Lee Miller is an asset to Your Move. As I work full time, it is often difficult for me to answer the phone at when I am contacted by estate agents, and she used her initiative to contact me frequently via email, keep me updated regularly and took the time to really understand what I as looking for. She booked viewings close together for my ease and even booked in houses that I hadn't asked to see but she thought I might like (which I did!). Absolutely amazing service.
