We used springer homes recently for two transactions and received excellent service! We were in the process of buying a second property and renting out our first one. They were really helpfull and guided us through the whole process as it was stressful trying to do both in one go. They found us an excellent family home and great tenants for our flat. Springer Homes is a boutique estate agent which provides a one-to-one personal service, where the client's needs are not only listened to, but actioned upon. They found us the perfect tenants during the Covid crisis. Little short of a miracle. We will most definitely be using them again.

We have worked with Jeff, Ben, Freddie and the rest of the team at Springer Homes for nearly ten years now and have always found them professional and easy to work with. Unlike some agents they are always contactable and go the extra mile. We use them for property management, lettings, sales and building work via their sister building company. Being based in London it is comforting knowing such a competent team are looking after our property investments.
