24th Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)I've not been party to their services but have been in communication with the owner of this business and their office in Ramsgate. They are unprofessional, quick to argue and do not seem to care for the communities that their tenants impact with their antisocial behaviour. If you need any more evidence of their lack of professionalism, look no further than their responses to other dissatisfactory reviews. Quite a shame.

Our purchase in Broadstairs went through very smoothly from start to finish, with great communication and a professional but friendly demeanour. Highly recommended!

They gave us lots of valuable advice throughout and were always readily available to discuss any issues that arose. We would have no hestitation in using them again.

2nd Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.

There was no unnecessary hype or piles of coloured brochures, but clear information was concisely given. Clare has been very quick to respond to any queries and requests from us, remaining professional and personable throughout. Our house sold quickly after 4 viewings on the first weekend live on their website. We would not hesitate to recommend Wilsons Real Estate.

I was extremely disappointed at the after care and no update regarding my sale. I didn't get a single viewer. I kept my home for 2 months with Footprints hoping I would get a viewer. I am glad I didn't have a contract because I changed and got 2 views in less than week.
