Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

Sensitive to the situation and have gone above and beyond to support the family to sell our loved one's home. A big shout out to Laurel who made the last few teething troubles go away and has kept us informed every step of the way. Having heard from friends how awful their estate agent experiences have been, we are really happy with ours and would have no hesitation in using them in the future and recommending to others.

He has been first class throughout the long, drawn-out process. Emails have been promptly answered. However naive my question he has never betrayed the irritation he was probably experiencing. It has been a pleasure to work with him, and I cannot speak more highly of him.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

7th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)As the purchaser of a property in Broadstairs that was listed with Cooke and Co, I can only say what a truly professional estate agents they are. The staff who showed us around several properties were extremely knowledgeable about each one. They were also polite, punctual and very helpful. Once we had an offer accepted on a property, Victoria Field, the Sales Progression & Compliance Manager, has been wonderful. She regularly kept us updated as to how the sale was going and any request/query we had were answered promptly, in a very professional and friendly manner. We cannot praise Victoria enough for the help and support we have received. We would highly recommend Cooke and Co. to anyone buying or selling a property in the Broadstairs area. Thank you to each and every member of staff we had dealings with.

We have recently moved into the area, and Russell was the agent for the sellers. Our own agent was worse than useless, and it was Russell and his team that did the chasing up etc for our own sale, updating and advising us regularly. I feel the service provided by this agency far exceeded the standard which seems to have become the norm in this industry. Oh and the welcome card and bottle were very much appreciated. We wish Russell, Kirstie and the team continuing success...they deserve it. Kerry and Bill

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case.
