28th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)My family used to use Lovetts many many years ago. I recently lost my Mum who was my carer - I'm autistic. My landlord is now looking to sell. I reached out hoping to find a kind and sympathetic soul still working there, who would take my under their wing and help me find a new place. Social services have also been useless. I explained my situation and emphasised how anxious it was making me. The reply I got was "We've nothing at the moment" Nothing else. Not that they would help me. No sympathies. No "If we get anything we'll contract you". If you have lots of money & are looking to give them a lot of profit I assume they will be glad to help. If you're down on your luck and need a company to be there & help you out you're best looking elsewhere.

They have been incredibly caring and considerate when dealing with my elderly mother who is selling the property. Kept up to date on viewings and feedback well. Thoroughly recommend Folkestone branch, notably Kayleigh, Sam and John.

I couldn't help but think how dose he know this, I never gave any information nor did he ask for any. I won't be using these people for anything, honesty shows a person's true character.

13th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)I recently purchased a property that was being sold by YourMove Ramsgate, and cannot speak highly enough of the team there. Jamie Witney was a fantastic agent from start to finish - when it became clear that the solicitor firm I had hired were utterly incompetent he helped me to chase them tirelessly! He even ensured that his manager Matthew Walker was filled in on the situation when he went on leave for a couple of days. I honestly believe that without the support from Jamie and Matt I would not have my beautiful first house. Thanks guys!

2nd Nov 2024 (6 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.
8th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)I'm not selling or buying with Bairstow Eves but a neighbouring property is up for sale with them. This property is vacant and recently I have become concerned because post and leaflets get left on the floor in front of the door. I raised this concern with the local postman but nothing was done about it. Then the for sale board fell down, so I phone Bairstow Eves and expressed my concerns that the post is advertising that the property is empty. Someone from Bairstow Eves came out the same day to clear away the post and the for sale board was back up the following day. Really impressed that they listened to me and dealt with my concerns straight away. Thank you Bairstow Eves!

6th Dec 2024 (6 days ago)We purchased a property from Rafferty and Pickard and right from our first viewing in the summer to completion in December they have provided outstanding customer service. They liaised closely with us throughout offering additional advice such as window companies, plumbers, plasterers that we after. They were very accessible, responsive, and super knowledgable about the house, its history, and the local area. During our initial viewings Paul made us feel very comfortable and offered lots of advice. Throughout the exchange and completion process when there were complications further down the chain, John took the bull by the horns and got everyone aligned to get the chain over the line. Without his direction and mediation, the chain would have probably collapsed. Rafferty and Pickard are a superior estate agent who deserve tremendous credit for the work that they do. Thank you both again for doing such an amazing job.

Was kept informed throughout the process and they answered all questions honestly and quickly Sold house quickly for good price Would use again !
12th Nov 2024 (30 days ago)Absolutely 5 star service From first viewing to exchange of contracts Nothing has been too much trouble for Meldone estates The Service from Mac Cheema and Ellis Askey Has been exemplary Friendly professional and second to none I’m never moving again , however if I was I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again In fact I feel I will miss our interactions and giggles Through a rollercoaster house purchase That I would have given up on had it not been for their professionalism Thanks for everything Meldone estates Fantastic from start to finish
