I have just sold my flat in Broadstairs through Cookes and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the area. All the agents there have been great. A special mention to Eliza (many thanks for sorting my SKY Box out!!). And an extra special mention to Vicki, who went way above and beyond my basic expectations. As the purchaser of a property in Broadstairs that was listed with Cooke and Co, I can only say what a truly professional estate agents they are. The staff who showed us around several properties were extremely knowledgeable about each one. They were also polite, punctual and very helpful. Once we had an offer accepted on a property, Victoria Field, the Sales Progression & Compliance Manager, has been wonderful. She regularly kept us updated as to how the sale was going and any request/query we had were answered promptly, in a very professional and friendly manner.
