Fully furnished letting. Tenants were recommended by Bycroft. Bycroft did not inspect property between November 2022 and March 2023 during which time it was trashed. We gave tenants notice. They eventually left and stole all furniture, white goods, curtains, cutlery and crockery. Bycroft made a couple of attempts to contact by tenants but did not seem sympathetic and had no insurance themselves to cover this.

Choosing Bycroft for the sale of our house was a great decision. Sharon's enthusiasm, expertise, and knowledge of the area were invaluable! They are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. From start to finish, their communication was excellent and the valuation of the property was spot on.
The level of post-sale support Michele provided was above and beyond what I have experienced with other agents. Michele kept me informed every step of the way and I would highly recommend .

Michelle was really the most helpful person we have come across in our moving home experience. Without her I don’t think our move would have happened. She was constantly chasing people up to get everything sorted. I cannot recommend her highly enough

They tried to withhold deposits because of "dust on the thermostat". Imagine the problems this caused.
As a landlord, I would never use them.
Flaky inventory practices and they do not like landlords communicating with tenants.
Edit: it's taken 6 months for Bycroft to respond to my comment. Says it all really. Comical; farcical or both!
Judge from all the other "glowing" reviews ????

I have to say bycroft (especially Michele) are definitely the agent to buy and sell a house! I Cannot fault them at all. Friendly, efficient and excellent communication!! This is exactly how you should run a business. Communication is key

A very positive experience with Bycrofts from start to finish! Lots of support and friendly help from Michele and her team mates. The first sale fell through (not their fault) despite their best efforts and they quickly found another buyer and worked hard to ensure success - we completed today and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We chose Bycroft as I have known the Principal for years and know him to be highly reputable, our sale was of a slightly unusual property in difficult circumstances. However the staff were highly professional and tireless in helping us reach our objective and find the best buyer for us. The viewings staff were immensely helpful, and Special Thanks to Michele Jones for her unfailing good humour in keeping us informed of progress and her tenacity in achieving an eventual sale completion. Highly recommended, I cannot speak more highly of this firm.
