VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! Instructed to sell my property, very lazy and complacent with minimal communication (2 calls in 4 months) minimal marketing (never even put up a for sale board), so called experienced valuer gave one figure then issued contract with a lower one, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and has not been in touch since. Completely wasted our time when we tried to sell, and 4 months later only achieved one viewing which I’m doubtful of! AVOID!!!!!

They tried to withhold deposits because of "dust on the thermostat". Imagine the problems this caused.
As a landlord, I would never use them.
Flaky inventory practices and they do not like landlords communicating with tenants.
Edit: it's taken 6 months for Bycroft to respond to my comment. Says it all really. Comical; farcical or both!
Judge from all the other "glowing" reviews ????

I have to say bycroft (especially Michele) are definitely the agent to buy and sell a house! I Cannot fault them at all. Friendly, efficient and excellent communication!! This is exactly how you should run a business. Communication is key

A very positive experience with Bycrofts from start to finish! Lots of support and friendly help from Michele and her team mates. The first sale fell through (not their fault) despite their best efforts and they quickly found another buyer and worked hard to ensure success - we completed today and I would not hesitate to use them again.
