Lying force advertising state agents between me and my other half, we've been phoning up about a house up in great yarmouth, as we have family in south town and the state agent took down our information told us a pack of lies each time we phoned up, which has been about free times now being told that the landlord is not getting back to anybody about this rented property only to phone up today and being told that someone has put in an application haven't even been given a chance to even filling it an application.What a joke you are as a company it makes your state agent look terribly bad, and it gives you a bad image choosing what high priority people that is a force of advertisement as well please do not sign up to this state agent.As they will lie to you of these state agents, this seemed to choose who they can lie to and who to tell the truth too we find up about three times in total and a bit light to each time.Talling, ask that the landlord hasn't gotten back to anybody.That's interested in that property only today, we speak to someone else telling us at an application has been filled in.Didn't even get the chance to even filling in application talk about treating people in an unfair manner so obviously they had chosen their favorite person that they wanted for the property, what just lying to the rest of the people that was interested that is, discrimination is also lying force of advertisement... VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! Instructed to sell my property, very lazy and complacent with minimal communication (2 calls in 4 months) minimal marketing (never even put up a for sale board), so called experienced valuer gave one figure then issued contract with a lower one, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and has not been in touch since. Completely wasted our time when we tried to sell, and 4 months later only achieved one viewing which I’m doubtful of! AVOID!!!!!... Read more
