I bought my house through Bycroft and found Michele at the GY office very friendly and helpful with any enquiries that I may have. If she wasn’t available at time of calling all messages were passed to her and she would be in contact straight away.

From start to finish the team at Bycroft are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The second time I have used them for a house sale and would highly recommend! Great communication throughout, easy to deal with, no BS and they always do what they say they will. Viewings followed up with swift feedback and always ready with honest advice when needed. Special shout out to Michelle for all her help during the latter part of the sale process. If I ever need an estate agent again I won't be looking anywhere else, first class service. Big thank you to all the team.
