VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! Instructed to sell my property, very lazy and complacent with minimal communication (2 calls in 4 months) minimal marketing (never even put up a for sale board), so called experienced valuer gave one figure then issued contract with a lower one, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and has not been in touch since. Completely wasted our time when we tried to sell, and 4 months later only achieved one viewing which I’m doubtful of! AVOID!!!!!

Could not fault the service we received from Bycroft when selling our home. The fees were reasonable, and the team were friendly, helpful and immediate through the whole process. Would certainly recommend using Bycroft.
