We have used Aldreds before and they were excellent but this time round they only seemed to communicate with us when we contacted them, however they were always quick to reply, courteous and helpful. Regarding marketing,we have no idea what efforts were made to sell the property, other than it was online and when we asked about this we were told mail shots were sent out, but no updates were ever sent to us. Disappointed that we have not sold and a rethink now required.

The staff at Aldreds were extremely professional.
They updated me regarding every step. Every appointment and feedback on each viewing.
The staff are friendly and offer very good advice about the property market which gave me huge confidence.
I would recommend Aldreds over any other agent.

Unfortunately one member of their team lets them all down. Gave us a quote, then backtracked saying it’s over priced. Incompetently lowered the price considerably after speaking to one part of a seperation sale, and allowed people to view who aren’t up for sale, after being told this is not what we wanted. Not overly proactive unfortunately.

Everyone that had anything to do with the sale were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. On occasions they went above and beyond what could be expected from an estate agent.
