We chose to sell through Westcoast based on our experience of originally buying our house through them. This turned out to be an excellent decision as the Patchway team went above and beyond in many ways to get us completed in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday. Particularly Ian and Louis who put a lot of late hours in dealing with difficult conveyancers and vendors elsewhere in the chain.
