Valued to high at start even though I said to lower from start then after a short while was told should lower, then another agent said lower again not knowing it had been recently. Seemed no one was talking with each other. Felt very unprofessional and I had no confidence. No one took ownership of sale felt once had house on there books wasn’t interested. Agents always arrived at the time of viewing and viewers waiting, one was late and I had to talk things through whilst viewer waited outside on drive as agent knew nothing about house asked me questions like would I take an offer, etc.. things he should have known. When I have had a moan about various things the agents have ran down there own agents, very unprofessional I felt I was doing the viewing, after I had been told Ben was doing the viewing a person who I actually trusted and built an understanding sent someone else (who was awful ) as Ben was taking on another property again the feeling that once house was on books didn’t really matte just a numbers game. Now I have excepted an offer 5-6 weeks ago have received no correspondence what so ever I keep chasing only getting back a few updated emails which I find have the vibe that I’m annoying them. I understand these things can take a while but in 5 weeks at least a contract of sale should be received, last time I sold it with another agent the contract of sale, surveyor etc had been round within 2 weeks I could go on and believe me I’m not normally one to complain but this experience has been quite painful... We happy with the agent who actually dealt with trying to sell our property. However overall it was not a positive experience. Rude female agent on the sales team who was condescending and very insulting when ever we had to deal with her. Eventually pulled property off CJHole when the only Sale we did get fell through day before exchange. Sold with another local estate agent who I would recommend wholeheartedly. Afraid there were staff who consistently let CJHole down.... Read more

I cannot praise the team at C J Hole Bradley Stoke enough…they simply are the best! I’ve been dealing with them for over 10 years and couldn’t wish for better service…the whole team is very professional and nothing is too much trouble. It’s refreshing these days to find a team that is so customer orientated, consistently providing updates, feedback and follow-up. So if you want your property sold these are the people to do it…a big thank you to them all…just need a special mention for Julian who got the ball rolling and superstar Helen who progressed the sale and goes way beyond her remit to get the job done.... This is the second time I have used C J Hole to sell properties and I have been delighted with the level of service received both times. In my view they go above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent - their sale progression is second to none (they certainly do a huge amount more than their counterparts in the chain) I wouldn’t use anyone else.... Recently sold with Cj Hole Bradley Stoke and would strongly advise to avoid.. The only way I can describe my experience is to say that throughout the process they acted as if they were working for the buyers and not in my interests. Poor communication, Poorly vetted prospective buyers (timewasters). Property initially overvalued however once I suggested and instigated a price drop they did actually find a serious buyer, However then from this point onwards did very little to drive the sale forward. Totally different experience with the Agents handling my onward purchase who were hightly professional, kept all parties updated & relentlessly drove the sale right to completion - I most certainly know who I would instruct in the future...
