Recently sold with Cj Hole Bradley Stoke and would strongly advise to avoid.. The only way I can describe my experience is to say that throughout the process they acted as if they were working for the buyers and not in my interests. Poor communication, Poorly vetted prospective buyers (timewasters). Property initially overvalued however once I suggested and instigated a price drop they did actually find a serious buyer, However then from this point onwards did very little to drive the sale forward.

Totally different experience with the Agents handling my onward purchase who were hightly professional, kept all parties updated & relentlessly drove the sale right to completion - I most certainly know who I would instruct in the future

Molly at CJ Hole was outstanding in her ability and professionalism when i was moving to Cheltenham, within 1 hour Molly had emailed me with a number of options and by the end of the day i had agreed to lease the perfect accommodation. The actual signing off the lease was also extremely impressive and hassle free due to the efforts of Charlotte .

I was absolutely sadly suprised of theirs service. Left me without heating and no hot water for 5 days in autumn. I had to phone for engineers on my own to fix the boiler. Always had to contact them to get an answer or to be informed. If you raise an issue after their working hours they absolutely don't care, no metter how bad situation it is.
Highly do not recommend.

We found CJ Hole very professional and thorough.

The care and attention we received from Molly was excellent. When she understood our moving criteria, deadline and details, she was proactive in trying to find us a property.

In the end we were successful in finding a house with CJ Hole as she lined us up with a property soon to be vacated, but not yet.

Other agencies seemed not to do this or think so laterally.
I would highly recommend them.
