Really friendly staff and quality reclaimed bricks. My delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful.

Dealt with Sophie, said it would be a 9am delivery, it was 3pm, wasted £300 on labour for two men standing around waiting for bricks!!! Rang her and she said it's just one of those things!!!

Nothing everything takes far to long and they chat the upmost bollox and lies

I found London reclaim brick merchants to be very helpful and professional,their representative came to our house matched the bricks, 2 days later we placed our order for 2.500 london yellow stocks, they arrived the following day and the quality was excellent with hardly any wastage, i have used other companies before and received a lot of broken and chipped bricks,with the cost of london yellowstock bricks these days i was very pleased to get great quality and no wastage. if you need good quality reclaimed bricks look no further.

My review is specifically on Josh Wilson. Two months ago my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay. We didn't even know Queen's Park, but took the chance to meet up with Josh who persuaded us that it's a fantastic neighbourhood. He took us to three different properties and even gave us a lift in his car. He is very passionate about his work and very charismatic. He responded to all my subsequent mails and phone calls with efficiency and a very friendly manner. I was very impressed by Josh's excellent work ethic and I can recommend him highly as a rental agent. We are now living in Queen's Park and really enjoying it. We've found that some of the other staff of Abacus were difficult to get hold of once we paid our deposit and first month's rent, but Josh has always been easy to get hold of.

I've lived in an Abacus-managed property for the past two years, and have found dealing with them an absolute nightmare from the very first day. Utterly incompetent and rude staff right the way up to director level; incredibly slow response time to resolution of issues; lack of audit trail of prior raised issues and we were passed around from one incompetent employee to the next. This was not a one-off experience; this was for the entire duration of the tenancy.

I would blanket-ignore any property for rent marketed by this agency regardless of quality; it is a factor often overlooked that your managing agents need to provide a reasonable service to have an enjoyable and hassle-free tenancy. There are plenty of other agencies in the NW London area that will provide a far better service.

I'm giving one star only because it is not possible to give zero. This is the first time I've posted a Google Review because I feel strongly enough that it is in the public interest to avoid this agency.

To Landlords - you are not getting your money's worth in management, and your property will suffer as a result. You don't see the other side of the coin - I imagine they have a quite slick landlord-facing side of the business.

To Tenants - please avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent, incompetent, poor communication is a non exhaustive list of descriptive words to describe an excuse of an estate agency. Renters, KEEP CLEAR, once they take your money they are no longer interested in managing the property.
