Had appointment for 2pm, I had to call them at 2:10 and hear that the agent was “sick” after I receive confirmation email for few hours before! Definitely not recommend!

run away, run away, run away...
We had an experience with them.
We met them to let one flat. At first there was not any problem.After agreement on a house;
-They made us prepared all bank, guarantor ext documents three times. Because they didn't believe our documents.
It wasn't enough.. for a while later they wanted three months English bank documents although they already know we came to this country just one month ago. (which is technically impossible)
-After we paid all money and prepared all documents which they wanted to let the flat, they wanted extra money for some kind of insurance that they never mentioned before.
-They delayed moving date 2 days before moving.They said they need to clean house. We stayed at hotel this day. But there was not any cleaning at home.
-They told me lie!!! While ? was leaving home, I noticed them more than one month ago. I let all candidates to see house always. One day they called me and claimed ? already accepted to leave the property 6 days before than the normal date. They said they called me last week and ? said "yes" "yes". may be ? didn't understand their language (I don't want to find a name of this behaviour) ... no guys. I know I am not a native speaker. But it doesn't mean you can lie to me easily. I checked all phone calls record to prove myself. They said sorry!!!! after they screwed my last month up at home.

Do you know they couldn't do whole these things, ?f I was a Londoner.

Do you know what happened later? I heard from landloard that new tenants needed to come to house; if not, they had to stay at hotel!! I empathized the guys and arranged my situation and left home earlier...

Now tell me google. Why you don't have "0" point. "1" point is also something while calculating the avarage...

We purchased a property in West Hampstead through Abacus, working with both Guy Daly and Miles Roberts. We found them to be very helpful, friendly and professional. My Flagstone has now been delivered and l am over the moon because l have been searching for a replacement for the broken flagstone on my property. Michael Kane at the London Reclaimed Brick Merchants Neasden Branch took my order and he has been wonderfully understanding, polite and respectful. The price of the flagstone was also very reasonable. Thank you Michael.
Access to my road is no longer straight forward since the Borough Council closed off residential streets to vehicular traffic. I want also thank the delivery driver named "Rishi" for his professionalism. As a pensioner and female, l could not assist the driver to lift such a heavy stone but he did do a good job without complaints. Thank you so much "Rishi."
I will strongly recommend this company to anyone any time.
