From Lockdown on the west coast of Ireland, we were trying to sell an apartment in West Hampstead to an Italian couple living in Italy. Miles organised cleaners, painters, a self storage company and others. Gently but firmly he edged and cajoled both professionals and agents to bring the sale to a conclusion. It was a shock to get an email from him to say the sale had completed and the sales proceeds were on their way. We are very grateful to him and could not recommend him more highly.
