I rented a flat through Wenlock and Co from 2014-2015. It's a small family run estate agency in Kensal Rise. Nicole showed me the flat and was just the nicest down to earth person. The whole process or reference check to move in was seamless. Absolutely recommended.

I first used Wenlock & Taylor in 2005 to do a survey of a flat I wanted to purchase in Kensal Rise, and Jeremy Taylor did a very professional and thorough job. A few years later, I asked Wenlock & Taylor to rent the very same flat which they did quickly and successfully. More recently I asked them to do a valuation of the flat (same one) and sell it for me; which again, they did very successfully and also got more than the asking price for it. Throughout my dealings with Wenlock & Taylor, and in particular Peter Woolner in Sales, I cannot praise their reliable, straight forward, no nonsense approach enough. I have dealt with some very unsavoury estate agents in the past and Wenlock & Taylor's client service has been exceptional and outstanding. Their original 70s decor (which is fashionable again!) tells you that they have been in business in the area for a very long time and more important, it is reflected in their excellent "traditional" values in doing sound business with all too rare, courteous good manners! With so many rogue independent estate agents and arrogant personnel in the "big" or new chains I cannot praise Wenlock & Taylor enough. Thank you for supporting me through a very difficult transition and going the extra mile (literally) to make things happen on time (Peter you know what I'm talking about!) It has been a pleasure to do business with you. Huge thanks for being magnificent from start to finish.

I'm a little reluctant to give a review for this agency (however they repeatedly asked me to do so... so here it is: ) one of their agent Shelley is absolutely amazing, fast to respond easy to deal with, while the other one Alex is totally incompetent. Still waiting for her response for my e-mail from June it is now October (haha... don't see that happening) she sent us the wrong document with someone else's details in it... (pretty concerning, I know). We moved in the property in July she still hasn't sent us the TDS cert, which would be required by law. I did e-mail her then to send us the correct one, it did not happen. After no response I called her, she reassured me that she would be coming back to me asap. Still waiting.... If you do want to go with them, ask for Shelley and things will be taken care of. Good luck guys anyhow.

Shelley was amazing in showing us the property and negotiating with the landlord all our needs, she couldn't do enough for us at the time of getting/signing for the property. We moved over a bank holiday and were not given details of who to contact with issues which was highly frustrating at the time (as there were a number of issues), but once the office re-opened all was put right and we are very happy in our property.
