Bought £3000 of yellow stocks at £1.74 inc vat each from this company and 75% of the bricks were deemed unusable for the job and they quote 25% handling fees on returns, which is crazy high in itself, considering the quality of the goods are so poor, but I am willing to take that hit.

As such, we have been trying to get them collected and accept the 25% loss, the company have made it very difficult for that to happen.

Very pleasantly they tell us they ‘when’ they have an empty vehicle in this area (which could be weeks/months, as they don’t know when this is likely to be) they will contact us 24 hours before and tell us they will come.

This is totally unprofessional and clearly the underlying message is to delay and make it as hard as possible to process the returns.

They are sitting on our drive and taking up most of the space but we are stuck as even when I offered to pay for a lorry to collect and drop to their yard the gentleman told me the yard is not open to the public!!

Just be mindful I would say!
