DO Not use these people, you will regret it. They don't sort out any problems you highlight to them. They dont reply to emails or answer phone regularly. once they have your deposit and tenancy agreement they really dont care about you as a tenenant. They will tell you that it will be sorted by end of the day but ten days later your still in the same place. I have first hand experiance with them and have freinds that experienced the same. The two ladys that run the office, work from home, thus they are not fully dedicated to the day job! the advice they offer you in regards to problems with the tenancy are useless bits of info just to fob you off, they sound sincere on the phone but once your off the phone nothing will get sorted. do yourself a favour get a private landlord not an agency it just costs more but they care less than a private landord would! private is best....
