we both sold a property and purchased another property with Forbes being the agent for both sale and purchace. I am truly ammazed at the possitive reviews regarding this agency. We experienced exactly the opposite service. On numerous occasions we were denied access to the property in order to inspect the services. Forbes insisting all was in good order. When access was eventually granted, numerous dangerous faults were found by our inspectors. Forbes were obstructive in each attempt in requesting information about the property we purchased. Several times we were so close to withdrawing the offer. The whole supposedly pleasure expetience of buying and moving to a new home was totally spoilt by the couldnt care less attitude of certain members of staff. I could never reccomend this agent after my experience with them.... Read more

I've been trying to arrange a viewing for a property from the moment it was listed on their site, every time I was told a Della would contact me to arrange a viewing date and time or their was a small delay, the last time I rang I was promised someone would contact me withing the week. Nothing, just rang again to see what was happening and the property has already got an offer. ????? I arranged a house viewing with a lady over the telephone and when I arrived at the property and waited a short while I contacted to them to see what the delay was about and was informed they had no record of my house viewing and they could not book me in again as they were fully booked.
