30th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)There was a lot of miscommunication. Staff didn’t set the burglar alarm after viewings. Garage door left open, resulting in an expensive petrol lawn mower being stolen. Definitely not worth the 0.1% saving compared with other estate agents. An apology would have been better than your inexcusable excuse in your reply.

While there were definitely many ups and downs throughout the process, Rebecca and Claire were absolutely phenomenal in helping me navigate through it all. They provided exceptional support, always keeping me updated and ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommend John and Champon Prenton, and a special thank you to Rebecca and Claire!
28th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.

I would not hesitate in recommending the agency after a sucessful completion was achieved. Thankyou to all the staff . D Lythgoe.
27th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and impressively quick to respond at every stage. Within just one day, Zoe ensured my property was fully up to date with all required regulations, including gas safety, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements. She went above and beyond by personally visiting the tenants and carrying out a property check, and everything was completed within just two days. Her efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Zoe to anyone needing a reliable and proactive estate agent. If you have Zoe as your property manager, you’ve definitely made the right choice.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

All staff were extremely friendly and communicated regularly, always returning my calls and updating me on the progress and the sale was completed within two months. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company.

25th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We would highly 100% recommend W&J We had a fantastic experience with W&J Properties (aka Will & Jordan) They were incredibly efficient and always friendly. We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay. We would highly recommend Will, Jordan & the Team. Therefore if Anyone is looking for a smooth house selling experience, with professionalism just give them a call. Thank you so much Andy & Pat
