28th Aug 2024 (14 days ago)I just reported an issue of my ceiling leaking with water from the upstairs flat. The out of hours person texting me was so disgustingly rude and unhelpful to think there’s still people out there employed in customer facing roles like this is SICKENING. I have a vulnerable person in the property and they will not come to address the water flowing through my ceiling even though I have a toddler who sleeps in that room. That’s not a problem I won’t be paying the rent this month either as it clearly states in the contract I have with you that things like this are the landlords responsibility

28th Aug 2024 (14 days ago)Fake reviews of this corporation they charged me in a rental property they was managing for blocked drains they contrived in their business, violation of privacy of their staff doing housing checks when you are not present and are reluctant to give you a SAR when requested.

Our sale had ups and downs but the ladies at Northwood have been very supportive and proactive throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation in selling a house through them again . They certainly did take the stress out of buying and relocating to a new area with their professionalism, prompt service, and delivering a lovely welcome pack of goodies for my little visitors to enjoy. Not to mention going over and above their job description by recommending local service providers for my removal services, and health and well being needs! Highly recommended!! Thank you everyone!

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well
16th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)After a non fault claim I was approached by this company, apparently on behalf of the fault party insurers. Bare in mind i was hospitalised with multiple fractures and on morphine. They were insistent that I should make a claim immediatly, and that it should be via them. When I asked some questions and tried to establish exactly what aspect they were representing, personnal injury, medial rehabiliation etc, they became very short and basically said "lets not waste each other times, I have to start a claim now, if you do not want to i will respond to another call" talk about pushy, I mean you called me and I was just seeking clarity for my morphine addled brain before commiting to representation for major legal proceedings - would stay clear.
