I had to deal with Pilkingtons when my father passed away as they had dealt with the letting of the flat he was living in when he passed. As I've never rented a property before I asked for their advice in the handing back procedure etc. Whilst the staff in the office were all very professional and helpful I can't say the same for the manager Helen, She was very rude and unhelpful at what was a very difficult time. I will never be using this estate agents if we do sell our current home and have advised all of my friends to avoid at all costs.
