This agency needs to work on its customer service skills. In fairness we were running late because of unexpected roadworks. I called to explain and the agent was clearly annoyed and said we would need to look round quickly as he had to be somewhere else which I completely understand. When we finally got there after over an hour of travelling the agent had left. I was fine with that, it was totally our fault. I called the office just to check in case he was inside the house but as soon as he knew who I was he hung up on me! I know we were at fault in this situation but I don't expect to be treated like that.
