Having agreed a cost for a property and the promise that the property was being withdrawn from the property market I whitnessed another viewing taking place at the property. I received a call from the manager saying I would have to increase my offer to secure the building. I declined to to do this as I consider it sharp practice and unethical. I had already incurred costs moving funds around to pay the agreed cost of the property.

Excellent Estate and Lettings agent. If you are a landlord, buying, selling or renting Alasdair Morrison staff are professional and caring.

This agency needs to work on its customer service skills. In fairness we were running late because of unexpected roadworks. I called to explain and the agent was clearly annoyed and said we would need to look round quickly as he had to be somewhere else which I completely understand. When we finally got there after over an hour of travelling the agent had left. I was fine with that, it was totally our fault. I called the office just to check in case he was inside the house but as soon as he knew who I was he hung up on me! I know we were at fault in this situation but I don't expect to be treated like that.
