I was very disappointed by the service I received. I would not recommend using this agent. They made me feel like a nuisance for wanting to know what was happening with my own property. They didn’t pass information on and also let the tenant answer questions about my property from my buyers which was inappropriate

This has included several changes of tenancy which have been handled with the utmost professionalism and care, particularly as the letttings have been on behalf of my mother who has had to live in a care home . The ladies at the Newark Office have been helpful and understanding. I would recommend this firm.
