Hayley has been amazing since the off set in keep us informed, arranging services transfer into the tenants name, arranging meetings and viewings. From our initial visit to the Estate Agents to hand over our property keys to ensuring our new tenants are happy and comfortable with their move in. 2 of my in laws also use them so came highly recommended and boy were they right. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Alderwood Estate Agents! Earlier this year they helped me sell my house, as i was looking to downsize. Their professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Hayley was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions without any judgement.
I have not long acquired a new buy to let, and I am using Hayley as my lettings manager, they take full control, allowing me to relax without any worries or stress. They also offer mortgage advice, so I even got to get my mortgage through them, which saved me a lot of dealing with several other companies.
Again, I cannot thank Alderwood enough. I really recommend it to anyone who is looking for an estate agent that actually cares and isn't just out to fleece you.
