Amazing level of service. Had a very quick offer and the team worked tirelessly to get to exchange and completion. Highly recommended.
Since being with Acorn for the last 3 years, i have had nothing but trouble. From losing the keys on the way in, breaking the gas tap, to calling up every month for the rent, to paying for a check every 6 months but not getting one for almost 2 years, and then losing the keys AGAIN on the way out, i would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are a landlord, run. The other direction!
I just wanted to say to Sam U thanks so much for your help with the purchase of our property, you were great to work with, very informative, contactable and helpful throughout. We appreciate your hard work and approachable nature.
I would also like to pass thanks on to Josh and Tara who were very patient with us in the days of looking around houses, I think between them they showed us pretty much everything on your books, and nothing was ever quite right! So thanks to them for not giving up on us or getting fed up with how fussy, and changeable our minds were. You're a great team and the 3 of you were super helpful when I was (yet again!) calling with a question or issue, thank you.
With our property, we've been given an opportunity to view it very early (even before an advert was put online) which finally resulted in an accepted offer after 7 months of being on the market. So the experience of working with KFH itself was good. However, the solicitors recommended by the agency (Beverley Morris & Co) were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and UNBELIEVABLY slow. Following that advice was a mistake.
Iain and team at Your Move Bromley manage our property portfolio. They provide a terrific service, going above and beyond to make sure our properties are in good order, our tenants happy and out investment is well protected. If we could we'd give them 10 stars!!!
Incompetent and very slow. From a tenant perspective be warned and from a landlord perspective I would choose elsewhere.
I can't praise the Bromley branch of Alan De Maid enough. From the initial contact and marketing to the final completion. The communication from my direct agent Aurienne Ford was exemplorey. On the whole an excellent and professional service received throughout the whole selling process. 5*.
I am currently renting an one bed flat through them. I am having terrible experience. The property had numerous issues, like broken fridge and freezer, low pressure shower, problems with light. They promised me that property management team will address those issues. It is over 3 months since I moved. I have requested them at least 10-15 times. The property management team does not respond to phone or email after four days, they email saying someone will contact within 3 hour. Nobody contacted me for weeks. I emailed them again and recieved same response but no action. This cycle repeated many times. I tried to contact agency to explain this. They do not respond to email or say that it is responsibility of the property management team. Overall it is terrible experience. I would not recommend anyone renting through this agency.
Renting a property through Langford Russell was a very smooth and efficient experience. Excellent communication throughout, from viewing the property to signing the tenancy agreement. Adam in particular was very helpful and polite through the entire process. Highly recommended!
I'm really unsure why anyone gives Langford Russell 5 stars. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed by the situation my husband and I have been through with them. We rented our home out for two years and paid a premium to Langford Russell to ensure we had decent tenants and that our home was taken care of. We recently moved back to the property and have been shocked by the amount of damage to the property and the battle we have to get even the smallest amount of the deposit back which at this rate, looks very unlikely. I never felt supported by Langford Russell at any point, apart from one member of the team, Robert who always replied to requests and did his best- thank you Robert. Unfortunately the rest of the team are useless. Our tenants smashed a window, destroyed our 100 year old original front door and the blind in the front room was damaged beyond repair. This is just the tip of the ice berg. I have no idea how they vet tenants or carry out inspections. I'm frustrated, upset and frankly so fed up and wanted to give some honest feedback for future customers to consider.

We found Martin, the estate agent, to be very professional and friendly. He openly answered every question and for things he did not know, he checked it at the spot or wrote it down to get back to us, which he did. As first-time buyers, it's important for us to have a professional estate agent, and we felt we have been treated properly and nicely. Recommend.
I made the stupid mistake of responding to an advert posted by this company.
I spoke to someone there regarding viewing the property and an outline of their fees.
She said she would send me the details via email. She also asked for my phone number as it was easier to communicate. - I stupidly gave her both!
The morning after I gave her my email, I received 7 emails from them before 10am.
One email claimed, "thanks for signing up to our website". When did i sign up?
I asked her to remove me from all mailing lists, and informed her I wasn't happy with all the emails. She apologised and said she had removed me.
Today, I check my emails, guess what? Inundated with emails once again!
Supposedly these emails are from a load of different people within their company whom I haven't spoken to!
Alongside this, I'm receiving calls upon calls from them!
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid this company!
You'd be better off giving your details to a cold caller, they'll harass you less!
