Fay from Foxtons Bromley went above and beyond in providing us with options for short and long term rentals. In a stressful situation of buying and selling that went on for 6 months and ultimately left us without a house to buy, and less than 2 weeks to find somewhere to live, it was re-assuring to know that Fay was keeping an eye out for us. From the moment we first contacted Foxtons to arrange a viewing, we were impressed by their excellent customer service. Lisa Patel was always friendly, accommodating and available should we have any questions.

We have purchased a property during an unprecedented time and with many challenges which have drawn out the process considerably. We would like to offer a massive and very heartfelt thank you to Shaun Bailey, who has supported us every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond to keep us informed and to move things along despite the challenging climate, even going so far as to personally contact surveyors to enable a quick turnaround on a home buyers report.
