Stephen was showing us around a few properties and he was very attentive. Very lovely person to speak to. My elderly parents really got along with him and he was very professional and made us feel very comfortable when viewing these properties. Definitely great guy and Foxtons is very lucky to have him.

If you are buying a house and you can choose, do not choose Foxtons. We have recently bought a house and dealing with Foxtons was a nightmare. They work exclusively for the vendor and they will do absolutely nothing for the buyer. If you are unlucky enough to have to deal with them, do not accept any offers or referrals from them. Searches, enquiries, solicitors, are all much more expensive through them. They will try and use scare tactics such as "if you have your own solicitor and they are not good, the operation may fall through". Even when we went ahead with our own solicitors (nothing wrong with them) they carried on calling us for days trying to convince us to use their own solicitors (literally twice as much expensive). Foxtons will do anything to get a referral fee. Stephen Waller was our point of contact and he could have not been more self serving. If you are new buying a house, do not trust them. Always check with your solicitor and do not say yes to any of their request, does not matter how reasonable they sound unless you checked before and are 100% sure. Also, anyone can check how 'reputable' they are, just Google Foxtons court cases and you will find hours of reading of Foxtons taken to court for hidden feeds and others from the Office of Fair Trading nonetheless!! A.V.O.I.D. T.H.E.M!!

My property was up for sale for just over 18months. I listed it with 3 different agents. Foxtons being the last of the three. It was starting to get very stressful. Then, Will took it on and sold it within 3 days. Couldn’t believe it.
The dealings we had with Will and his manager, Tom, were very professional. Will kept us in the loop about everything from the start to exchange. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Foxtons’s Bromley. Thanks so much guys
