    It was a pleasure to work with professionals from Alan De Maid Bromley office especially with Bee Camel so kind and responsible Lady . Thanks to all ones again for everything.

    I am currently renting an one bed flat through them. I am having terrible experience. The property had numerous issues, like broken fridge and freezer, low pressure shower, problems with light. They promised me that property management team will address those issues. It is over 3 months since I moved. I have requested them at least 10-15 times. The property management team does not respond to phone or email after four days, they email saying someone will contact within 3 hour. Nobody contacted me for weeks. I emailed them again and recieved same response but no action. This cycle repeated many times. I tried to contact agency to explain this. They do not respond to email or say that it is responsibility of the property management team. Overall it is terrible experience. I would not recommend anyone renting through this agency.

    I am a tenant of one of their flats and everything is good, except the maintenance department is the worst. once it took me two months to get my toilet seat replaced. and once I had my washing machine broken for a month without any serious respond from them. just imagine how horrible is it to live without cleaning the stacked clothes.

They found me a tenant and she couldn't be more helpful when I wanted to serve notice was always there for me when I need help and advice that a good agent ! not someone just helping because they're getting something in return ! I would use them again always because of Jodie more people need to be like her in this world she a credit to your company ! that why I have given her 5 stars ! thanks again Jodie lovely person ! x

    Started Great with Darryl the manager, than all went downhill, he left so all his staff, there was no one to deal with as it become a ghost estate agent with only the mortgage adviser working there no one from sales as they all as mention left, a cover was sent in from another branch as a sales advisor he had too much on his plate to deal with( he tried his hardest not his fault it's the overall corporation way of working), my advise stay away from this massive estate agent (countrywide) as one day you have a fully staffed estate agent the next day they all gone, wasted 6 weeks with no one trying to sell my property, I'm furious, their area manager pretended nothing happening at the beginning until faced with reality. look at their record they are the lowest performing agency in terms of sales.
