Alan de Maid, Bromley has just sold my property.
The service from beginning to end was outstanding, the whole team are super efficient and professional.
There were a few hiccups in the chain at various times but Kerry kept the whole chain informed and up to date helping to progress the sale
Selling and buying a property is super stressful but my husband and myself were confident we were in the best hands and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a unique property that had been on the market with other agents for over a year and prospective buyers had all but dried up. We had almost given up hope when Peter, Maria and Mia from Alan de Maid took it on and got so many serious buyers through the door I was astonished. They are also very approachable and friendly I feel I've made new friends. Can't recommend them highly enough.
