Great professional and efficient service selling my flat in Bromley, particularly through coronavirus. Fees are more competitive than other local agents and I found staff friendly and helpful. I had a terrible experience with a previous agent, Alan de Maid saved the day and I'd highly recommend them. They proved online-only doesn't work and it's key to have an agent behind you. Thanks!

Alan De Maid, Bromley Branch, is by far the best estate agent we’ve ever used. They made it possible for us to buy our last house and were behind us all the way during our last sale. Teresa, the branch manager, was wonderful and very supportive through a very difficult process and it really would not have been possible for everything to go through without their help. Ironically, Alan De Maid charge a lower fee than a lot of the other larger agents, yet they provide a much better service. Their valuations are always realistic and their communication is terrific. I really could not recommend them highly enough.

Lisa in the Beckenham office is brilliant. One bed retirements homes are not easy to sell at the best of times and in present circumstances lifetime became very difficult. But Lisa stuck at it keeping the purchaser interested even when it looked like she would withdraw after problems down the chain. Lisa kept me informed all through the process
