Great service from the Bromley team letting a house for me. Kept me informed at all stages from advertising to viewings through to signing of contracts. Took only five weeks from start to finish and only a week between tenants. Bee was very professional and gave great feedback after each viewing.

The lettings team at ADM helped my with a recent move and I was really impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. From the initial meeting through to starting my tenancy the team were proactive; helping me to find me a suitable property within my budget and making all of the paperwork as painless as possible. What was looking like a difficult move to the UK ended up being seamless, thanks to the team at Alan de Maid.

Lisa Knight sold our home and has seen it through with dedication and confidence – thank you! The professional, dedicated, patient and sincere team are second to none. Would like to post a review to highly recommend Alan De Maid Beckenham- we have recently completed on a house sale- having purchased through Alan De Maid (not sold via them unfortunately but wish we had of!).
The service received was first class- nothing was ever too much trouble, every question answered, assistance provided in every step of the process- and a very balanced approach in the dealings with both vendor and buyer (me!). Special mention goes to Lisa Knight with whom we dealt with mainly- simply a pleasure in every aspect of her role.
I think also worth noting that we used Alan De Maid in house mortgage broker, Gary Tynan, to secure the mortgage and also re-mortgage another property- once again exemplary service- jumped hoops and locked down two terrific deals.
Both come highly recommended and will ensure everything goes through AdM in the future- thanks!
