Our experience with Alan de Maid Lettings: Estate Agent Harry Burge showed us the property we were interest in. He was on time for the viewing and very polite. Bee Cemal was our contact point after we decided to take the Flat and she handled everything in a professional and helpful manner, including establishing contact between us and the Property Management Company “Complete RPI”. She stayed on top of everything until the lease was signed. Of course, reviews are not just based on the personal experiences with a Company or Service Provider, but also on our expectations and how well they are met. Our expectations were fully met and our experience with Alan de Maid Lettings was 100% positive.

Very quick and efficient to move me in, but failed to mention the property was unsecured, had no gas supply (which once turned on after a week had a £505 debt on it), a useless landlord that doesn't reply to you even in emergencies, and is infested with rats! My advice do not rent with Alan de Maid and stay away from any properties on Homesdale road.
