From start to finish, Joe, Jenna and Lisa have been absolutely amazing. When I first put my house on the market and spoke with Joe he took great care and time to ensure that I fully understood the whole process. Always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and gave me great advice and reassurance. People often say that moving house is one of the most stressful things in life but this has not been the case for me and this is in part due to the help and support from Joe and the team. Very caring and professional estate agents and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

In my 20 years of living in London, I have never met such a pleasant agency. They are true professionals who are also friendly. We are renting a fully managed property by the Agency, and it appears that they have solid relationships with the landlord while also maintaining good relationships with tenants. Our Agenda Hannah is really helpful and capable of dealing with any problem we have.

Excellent experience. Flat above me leaking water which they manage. Got in touch. An hour later their plumber was here. Two hours later the leak was repaired. Would recommend Liberty, very good service.

My first move away from the family home felt very daunting at first but I cannot thank Jenna, Ryan, Hannah and Derek (Bromley) enough for how helpful they have been before during and after this move. They were both always on the end of the phone/ replying to emails swiftly to help get things moving. Super attentive and made the whole process of moving very easy by being a great communication between myself and landlord/other agencies needed during/after the move- and enjoyed a lovely welcome pack on the day of the move, which was a lovely touch! Thank you all!

We have been renting with Capital for close to 3 years and counting and the service we have received/continue to receive has been fantastic. Particularly the property management team (Katie & Hannah), who always go above and beyond to rectify any issues, as well as following up to ensure everything is working well.
Would be sure to recommend their services - as recently as this morning we had an issue that required maintenance and within an hour or so we had confirmation that the issue would be resolved.

We’ve been renting a flat through Capital for 6 months now and since the very beginning it’s been a great process. I was self employed at the time and they were the only agents to genuinely help me and care about our situation, as many others had told me renting wouldn’t be possible. Tracey and Ryan specifically were so helpful during that time! Then since we’ve moved in the team have been nothing but helpful and responsive, especially Hannah ?? Our washing machine broke, and we had someone out to look at it within 24 hours, and a new one just a few days later. Could not recommend Capital enough!
