When I thought of letting, ‘Capital’ is the first estate agency that went into my mind. I had a property which required renovation before letting out and I wanted a hassle free process. ‘Capital’ is the only estate agent provides this service at a reasonable cost. They have an in-house decoration team to do the whole job in every little details, providing professional advice from start to finish. Information was updated frequently to keep me informed. Most importantly, they are available whenever you need them, and the property was let to a ‘gold’ rated tenant within weeks after the renovation. It is an estate agency that I will highly recommend, if you want ‘professional, passionate, friendly and helpful’ team, you don’t need to find further, go to ‘Capital’!

I would highly recommend Capital Estate Agents as the service they provided me was absolutely 5 Star! I have bought five properties and sold 4 over time and the service I received with Capital topped every other agent. If your looking to buy, sell or rent in Bromley you need not look further. I found from the first point of contact that the team were totally on the ball. I had an initial visit and photos taken within 24 hours. The next week my home was published as a double page feature property in the newspaper. In preparation for the open day huge efforts were made to draw in clients from Capital's list of potential buyers (which ended up being my buyer). Capital use the most professional photographers on the market who spent 2 hours moving furniture, rugs and several things around to get the best picture of each room. When I asked my buyers what drew them into my house they said 1. the pictures of the home especially of the staircase 2. Joe telling them that my home was fabulous and must be viewed even though it was far above their budget. I was confident that my home was priced accurately as I had 4 other agents undertake an assessment. I moved in tragic circumstances as my husband died and I had a baby. I found that Joe expressed genuine kindness and compassion which reached far beyond the other agents or most people that I had encountered at that level. It was in that moment of condolences that I knew Joe and Capital we the agents for me. In addition to this he has years of experience and I appreciated his realistic, straight talking and committment in the whole process. I called his mobile several times which he mostly answered or got back within minutes with a text providing his soonest availability to talk. Things rarely go smoothly with a chain of properties - mine didn't. Agents are truly instrumental in keeping a long chain of buyers going. I have to say that Joe and the Capital team went beyond the call of duty to keep our chain going to completion. They were in touch with each agent in the chain, solicitors and specialists that were needed. They were transparent and immediate with every point of communication and I felt gave me sound advise and support every step of the way. Look no further - Capital are the best agents.

Its not often i bother to write a review on anything but i just felt i had to about capital. I wanted to sell my house so i did the usual, called all the estate agents in the area for a quote and just to get a feel for the potential customers i might expect to see. From the first call to capital i was talking to the boss, Rob, he was straight talking (which i like) and told me all that i could expect from my house sale in no nonsense terms. I arranged for capital to come and look at my house, although he already knew my road and the houses in it. He turned up right on time and laid out a plan to sell my house with all the options. I was surprised at how easily the sale went, both rob and other members of capital gave me constant email updates and called me several times to discuss offers they had received. I actually got the full asking price for my house and didn't have to drop the price at all. They even had a handy man to fix a broken fence panel i had before the house went on the market. If I could sum up capital i would say they are very honest straight talking guys, who make it really easy to sell a house, they can literally do everything for you to make it all go to plan. I would definitely recommend these guys if your planning on selling in their area.
