It is seldom I would take the time to write a review, however due to outstanding service, I found that this was a necessity. I came across Capital serendipitously after my friend recommended them to me; I called Capital for a valuation and after a friendly phone call to Jack Tancred, they visited me within 24 hours. Rob Tancred, the managing director and Jack's father , carried out the valuation on my property. After a thorough check of the property and Rob explaining to me the procedure, I was confident that Capital were the right estate agents to use, as he ensured me that him and his team would help me through every step of the way. This is exactly what I needed, as this was the first time I was selling my property. A day later and the team had already been round for listings, photos and the floor-plan etc. Within 48 hours of me asking for a valuation, my property was already on the market. I was overwhelmed as to how quickly and efficiently they had put the property up. My house had only been up for a few hours, and already viewing requests were flooding in; I was amazed as to how quickly people were wanting to view the property. Due to such great interest, Jack decided to hold an open day on the Saturday, where he was accompanied by Rob. The two men arrived, dressed astute, with a welcoming smile on their faces. They had gone the extra mile by preparing a brochure of my house, including a range of details: nearest train station, local schools and what to do if the viewers wished to put in an offer. The viewing was a fantastic success and from the 6 viewings, we received 4 offers. Jack rang me up on the Monday and explained the different offers, as well as the situation of all the people who had put offers in- giving his opinion on what to do. I found their advice exceedingly valuable; again, being my first time selling, I wasn't quite sure what to accept. The offer I had chosen required me to find another property at some haste because the new buyers were needing a quick move. To my surprise, I found a property to rent, which was listed by the Capital Bromley office! After the great service I was receiving from the Sidcup office, I knew that I was in safe hands. The procedures were carried out quickly and efficiently, with someone always ready at the phone to answer my questions. Out of kindness, Capital paid to clean my new apartment so that it was spotless for when I moved in. I could not recommend Capital enough; the team made an experience, which I thought would be stressful and daunting, a quick, relaxed process. Everyone who dealt with me were genuine, honest people who have an ethos to put the customer first. Thank you so much for helping me out with this process and I will be most definitely be using you guys in the future!!!

My wife and I first time landlords letting our family home in Bromley North and we had plenty of misgivings. We went through 5 other agents in Bromley before eventually striking gold with Capital. We highly recommend to Rob and his team. We were frustrated with the corporate Countrywide “set menu” offered by many of the so-called local agents in Bromley. Capital crafted an “ala carte” full management package unique to what our property would brings to their portfolio. On level of rental income Rob’s team delivered what he originally promised. They used a professional photographer and the superb photos really sold our property. We were very impressed by all members of Rob’s team we had the pleasure to meet. I’m a bit of a control freak and my only criticism is the steps to get on the market, weren’t made crystal clear in advance. We had expected to be able to review and sign off a draft of our listing before it went live on rightmove and zoopla. As it was his son Jack gave an excellent write up overall, with just a few detail that needed correcting after the fact! Ryan is the youngest member of the lettings team in Bromley and carried out all the viewings, but and we quickly learnt to trust his gut feeling. My background is corporate and I was hoping to find another Canary Wharf commuter. However Ryan was sure the he had the perfect self employed couple and it turned out he was right! Our tenants have been in a couple of months now and we’ve just started interacting with Amber and the property management team. So far very pleased with their attention to minor but crucial maintenance vital to preserving the integrity of our property.

When I thought of letting, ‘Capital’ is the first estate agency that went into my mind. I had a property which required renovation before letting out and I wanted a hassle free process. ‘Capital’ is the only estate agent provides this service at a reasonable cost. They have an in-house decoration team to do the whole job in every little details, providing professional advice from start to finish. Information was updated frequently to keep me informed. Most importantly, they are available whenever you need them, and the property was let to a ‘gold’ rated tenant within weeks after the renovation. It is an estate agency that I will highly recommend, if you want ‘professional, passionate, friendly and helpful’ team, you don’t need to find further, go to ‘Capital’!

We bought our house through Capital and Jack and Rob were amazing throughout the process. They went out of their way to make things easier and were always ready to help. There was a point when the seller was threatening to quit and Rob stepped in and rescued the situation amicably. So it was quite stressful buying a house (as it usually is!!) but thanks to the lovely team at Capital everything went smoothly. Rob even got the driveway jet washed and the lawn mowed paying from his own pocket before our move to make it a nice experience for us, so really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!! The best thing amongst everything was that the solicitor recommended by them was amazing and the best a first time buyer could have!! So thanks for that too!!

Its not often i bother to write a review on anything but i just felt i had to about capital. I wanted to sell my house so i did the usual, called all the estate agents in the area for a quote and just to get a feel for the potential customers i might expect to see. From the first call to capital i was talking to the boss, Rob, he was straight talking (which i like) and told me all that i could expect from my house sale in no nonsense terms. I arranged for capital to come and look at my house, although he already knew my road and the houses in it. He turned up right on time and laid out a plan to sell my house with all the options. I was surprised at how easily the sale went, both rob and other members of capital gave me constant email updates and called me several times to discuss offers they had received. I actually got the full asking price for my house and didn't have to drop the price at all. They even had a handy man to fix a broken fence panel i had before the house went on the market. If I could sum up capital i would say they are very honest straight talking guys, who make it really easy to sell a house, they can literally do everything for you to make it all go to plan. I would definitely recommend these guys if your planning on selling in their area.
