Rob, Kadie and Ryan are good people out there, professional and friendly. I didnt feel the stress of renting an apartment. I am currently letting my flat through capital, the service I have received has been friendly and efficient throughout the process. Prior to letting my flat needed quite a lot of work doing to it to bring it up to a good standard, a job which Rob sorted for me without hassle including sorting a house clearance and professional cleaner for me.

My flat is now in a very presentable condition complete with happy tenants.

Capital were nothing short of wonderful! I realise that such a statement is not very helpful unless I add some detail, so here goes. We had long planned a move when I took early retirement. I should clarify this, I had not, but my wife had undertaken meticulous planning, watching every for sale sign in the street going up, noting how long each sale had taken and who sold the most houses. About 6 months prior to putting the house on the market, my wife dragged me to Capital Estate Agents in Sidcup and on the way, she told me she had watched them sell more houses and more quickly than anyone else. We had a chat with the staff at Capital about timing of the sale, market conditions and what to expect, it was very useful and the staff were very helpful.

The time came to put the house on the market and Capital advised (at our request) if we needed to spruce up and where and were again very helpful. The sale board went up, the house had two full asking price offers the following day, one which we accepted.

We went to look for houses to buy and a good number were with web based estate agents and too many of those sellers expressed frustration at the arms-length support you get from web estate agents; but it was only when we had problems that we really appreciated that you cannot afford to not have the professionalism of Capital. We had made an offer on our dream home, but stood a good chance of losing it, as our buyer lost their buyer, but Capital took on this problem and solved it in 48hrs, re-selling our buyer’s house. We again had problems when it came to exchange, a solicitor further down the chain failed to request the money for the correct day and we failed to exchange contracts. We again failed to exchange contracts when the solicitor at the top of the chain was unavailable. This was a time of considerable worry, but the staff at Capital were working flat out, keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and doing the worrying for us. They really pulled the stops out, the service was first class. At the third attempt, contracts were exchanged and all was sorted.

I am certain that no other estate agent would have kept this chain on track and I am very grateful to the staff at Capital Sidcup for all their hard work and dedication; they were worth every penny.
