It is highly recommended that no one use the services of this agency. They do their best not to take care of the residents. They don't care if there are any problems with hygiene, noise, home problems, etc Aberystwyth has other agencies and private landlords who care about your wellbeing. Nevertheless, if you are already in a bad situation with this agency, contact the Aberystwyth CITIZENS ADVICE or try to contact the council. No need to write that my name isn't in the database because you don't care about tenants with any name.... Read more
