Everything that gives Real Estate Agents a bad name is what we experienced. MS properties significantly overestimated the list price (we had no expectations are were guided 100% by their recommendation) resulting in 12 months of wasted time trying to sell at an uncompetitive price. Poor response time throughout and the only interested buyer they found (30% below the listing price) was so uneducated they pulled out half way through when they were unable to meet the standard transaction costs. House eventually sold through a different agent who was both realistic on the price and more professional in every aspect of the sales process.... Read more
