Michelle and the team were brillian in a house sale and purchase. Professional, approachable and got the job done. Some things went a bit wrong with solicitors but Michelle went above and beyond to chase, challenge and get it over the line.
Specifically on the sale, Michelle was super quick getting the sale up and getting viewings booked in knowing there was a bit of time pressure.

We recently purchased a house through Aled Ellis, and when things got difficult on completion day and we were left technically homeless after relocating from Manchester, Michelle did everything in her power to get the issues resolved and get us into our new home as soon as possible. Throughout the process she was so helpful and knowledgable, it was a difficult and slow process with several setbacks along the way, but we knew we were in safe hands!

We bought our house in the Aberystwyth area through Aled Ellis via Michelle. Michelle was very attentive, friendly and honest. Both Michelle and Aled helped with the land purchase too and made it all happen extremely smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough for clear communication and for availability. We were moving from Birmingham so having someone like Michelle at the end of the phone alleviated stress and nothing we asked about was too much trouble. I highly recommend them. Their friendly and capable service put us very much at ease. Thank you so much.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The advertising was excellent. Well done to Michelle for her brilliant photographic skills. We particularly liked the drone pictures. Aled and the entire company kept us informed during what turned into a very protracted sale and offered sound advice and, often, just a friendly ear. We have bought and sold properties several times in the past and never, ever had such fantastic agents. They went over and above, often getting in touch well after office hours, to enable this sale to progress. We cannot thank them enough.

Amazing service from Michelle and Richard when selling our flat, had a few bumps along the way (due to buyers pulling out) but Michelle was always there when I needed her and always returned my calls when I left a message. Highly recommend this estate agents, well trusted as we do not live in the area. Go in and see these guys, they are ace.

From the initial valuation, to the sale of our bungalow, Aled Ellis have been great.
The photos showed off our home beautifully, without being touched up or enlarged. The girls, Michelle and Jo have been extremely helpful. Not only are we kept up-to-date, but also our purchasers.
I highly recommend Aled Ellis and his staff.
